The Dutch travel portal TravelBird conducted a study and revealed which beaches in the world are the cheapest. A total of 250 beaches in different countries were evaluated along with the main expenses incurred by vacationers.
Thus, the experts took into account the following expenses: the price of sunscreen, a bottle of water and beer, ice cream, entrance fee, lunch at a beachside restaurant, and the cost of renting a sunbed.
So, here are the five cheapest beaches in the world:
Vietnam: Cua Dai Beach (Hoi An) — $13.54

Also, the cheapest are the city beach of Nha Trang ($14.29) and the beach on Phu Quoc Island ($14.82).
India: Varkala Beach (Kerala) — $16.28, Cavellosim Beach (Goa) — $17.20

Germany: the beach in the municipality of Timmendorfer Strand — $18.84

Thailand: Railay Beach (Krabi) — $19.33

Indonesia: Uluwatu Beach (Bali) — $19.48

Other beaches from Thailand, Germany, India, and Indonesia also made it into the top thirty. Additionally, it is budget-friendly to relax in the Dominican Republic and Croatia.
As for the most expensive beaches, they are located in French Polynesia (around $60), New Caledonia ($53-56), the Seychelles ($54), and Japan (around $50).
