The food in the main restaurant is excellent, with a large selection, everything is delicious. We liked the à la carte restaurants - Brazilian, Japanese, and Mangal. However, the service at the fish restaurant needs improvement. Although the food is tasty. There were some minor issues in the room, but we resolved everything with the staff in half an hour; they sent a worker who fixed everything. They transport you around the territory in golf carts, which is very convenient. I also enjoyed the spa. We ate, drank, relaxed, and danced heartily ❤️. We will definitely return here to relax again someday.

Everything is great, food, service, but there is a red flag in the sea every day until about 2 PM, then they let you swim. We get up early and really want to swim in the sea, but there is a red flag..... I don't see more downsides if I'm being objective. For your information, the Deluxe has a bathtub + a shower (which is convenient), while the upgraded one does not, and it is a bit smaller, I didn't notice more differences. We got Deluxe without any extra charges.

There’s even a late dinner from 23:00 to 02:00. ⭐️ The food variety is very rich; there are dietary options, rolls for dinner, meat, fish, chicken 👍🏼 ⭐️ Staff is present by the pools to take orders for the bar, so you don’t even have to walk to the bar for water; everything will be brought to you. ⭐️ Room cleaning is perfect; every day, alongside vacuuming, there’s a wet cleaning of all surfaces, and it always smells fresh 🤤 ⭐️ If you have any questions, they will always help you and direct assistance within 15 minutes! ⭐️ There’s a special WhatsApp chat where they send out a schedule of events in the mornings; it mainly starts at 21:30 and goes on until 02:00. The show only repeated once for me with Michael Jackson in 7 days. ⭐️ You can smoke where it’s convenient (except in rooms, of course, and if you don’t disturb others). I complained to the staff and a whole team came to check the ventilation system, but unsuccessfully; they explained to me that this is their system and it won’t be quieter :( perhaps aimed at the fact that after cocktails at the party, you simply won’t hear it))) 💥 Where's the mango??? It's mango season in Egypt, and the only place you can eat it is at dinner, where you don't even have time for it, or on special days when they set up mango corners, but from social media, I understood that this is a promotion they have once a month. 💥 The minibar in the room doesn’t cool at all (the beer from there is impossible to drink, it tastes like… I took from the bar instead. 💥 You need to occupy sunbeds at the quiet pool by 6-7 AM if you want "good" spots. 7 AM, Carl!!! This is precisely because of the English and Germans 50+, who apparently get up at 5 AM) 💥 There’s no good wine :( Cocktails and whiskey are great, but to drink a lovely Sauvignon at dinner, how can you do without that on vacation? Just Egyptian table wine, which is very sour… They also have Prosecco, which everyone stubbornly calls champagne 🙈 and it’s not Brut, but rather Dry. The conclusion is: would I come here again for such money? Yes! There are moments that slightly annoy, but if choosing a hotel and place (from Moscow) to go on vacation and you want just all-inclusive without excursions and with entertainment for adults, then I specifically came here 🤗 Only the restaurant for the day of booking and the next day can be reserved; by the way, it’s better to book everything in advance at 00:01, good restaurant reservations are taken quickly. But now it is low tide, before lunch there was more depth.

Yesterday we went to Sigayet, where the alcohol is good) But in our place, it’s fake alcohol. Since many people drink a lot at 18+, it's not profitable to serve real stuff. That's why they mix it. But overall, the food in Sigayet is not great at all. We ordered pasta and risotto - everything was mushy, overcooked. There are even fewer seafood options than we have, we were surprised. The sea is also a hassle to get to along that pontoon; you'll boil in the sun. And the shuttle cars are always full. In our hotel, we found a lagoon for non-swimmers and we are enjoying it. Yesterday there was a red flag in the morning, but we went swimming 👍🏼 Not everyone likes to dive from the pontoon. So overall, just as we wanted, we found a piece of Hurghada in Sharm with easy access to the sea.

The food is okay. But otherwise, not satisfied. Bartenders can take up to 10 minutes to bring a cocktail. Sometimes they can just ignore you. In the main restaurant, you can get drinks after you've already finished eating. The sea is closed. In general, we are disappointed. Well, the service is just terrible. You can literally ask for water 3 times - they will successfully bring it 33% of the time. Apparently, there was a nosebleed in the room at night - it dripped on the sheets. The guy just rearranged the sheets with that spot to the foot of the bed. The towel was crumpled and hung up somehow. All this for an additional $10 in tips) The sea has been closed for the 6th day in a row. There is no wind anymore, but there are waves. And they say the current is strong. But it's starting to look like a prank already) No anger, the service is really mediocre. Whether by the pool, in the restaurant, or at the evening show - they can bring a cocktail but forget the water, or just ignore it. Plus, they often bring alcoholic instead of non-alcoholic drinks. There is no mention of help with sunbeds/towels - everything is fine there. The food is also in order. Today is the 7th day in a row, and the sea is closed again)))) Well, in general, it's just a complete mess. The pool water is not heated, the sea is much warmer. But you can't swim in it. Under no circumstances should you carry room cards with your phone. They can easily demagnetize.

But the restaurant - Mangal - is superb in terms of food. It's all really impressive. Overall, it's great for 18+ 👍🏼 In terms of food 🍽️, the closest option is Sigeit, where the menu is more diverse and wider than at 18+. But in general, it will also be good at our hotel 👌🏼 The beach party with DJs starts at 4:30 PM. Other shows are on two large stages starting at 9:30 PM. There are also two big bars by the pools.
