I had a luxurious vacation at Boscolo Lyon 5*. This hotel has a design that I wanted to admire constantly. Just imagine how beautiful the white furniture with massive golden handles looks. The rooms feature exquisite design and a high level of comfort. And the breakfasts are delicious and diverse! You definitely need to visit here!

I admire hotel breakfasts. I liked the buffet-style presentation and the convenient schedule – breakfast is served until 2:00 PM! No need to wake up to an alarm clock and rush. Yes, the selection of dishes is varied. But I particularly enjoyed the toast with smoked salmon, cheese, and scrambled eggs. I preferred to drink coffee. And I always had it with a freshly baked croissant or cookie. I also liked the fruit and berry cocktail. 

If desired, you can not leave the hotel territory at all. There are entertainments here for every taste. In the evening, I was able to warm up in the hammam and sauna - the best idea after the journey and a busy day, as well as swim in the pool. The fatigue disappeared as if by magic. I spent the evening in the restaurant, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere, delicious dishes, and indescribably interesting design. 

This hotel received a record amount of attention. I will definitely return when possible.

Hotel Le Royal Lyon - MGallery 5* — perfect in every way! Here you will find exquisite breakfasts, comfortable rooms, a convenient location for exploring the city, excellent service, and stunning views of Place Bellecour from the rooms.

Breakfasts here are classic European. They are served in a buffet format. Plus, what I particularly liked is that egg dishes can be ordered additionally. I gladly had an omelet right off the grill, combining it with cheese, a meat assortment, and cherry tomatoes. I also noted the option to prepare dishes upon individual request in case of allergies and intolerances to certain products. Yes, breakfasts are served in the main restaurant. And they take place exclusively in a calm atmosphere.

The interior of the rooms captivated me with its impeccable design taste. This is one of those cases where even the smallest detail is thoughtfully considered. Comfort, in duet with coziness, lives in every corner here. Bathrobes, toiletries, a coffee machine, a kettle, a TV, a tea and coffee set, and even paper cups. In my room, there was the best bed. I have never slept so comfortably anywhere else. The soft pillows and duvet seemed to bind me to the bed in the mornings. By the way, the quality of the bed linen and towels was also beyond reproach. Everything was soft, snow-white, and had a pleasant scent of freshness. 

The hotel fully corresponds to the 5* category. And on my next visit, I will definitely come back here.

What a beautiful hotel — it is located in one of the historic buildings in the heart of old Lyon. And how well I was welcomed here. From the very threshold, I felt like the most desired guest at InterContinental Lyon - Hotel Dieu 5*. But what I liked the most in the end was the dining.

The cost of accommodation already includes breakfast. It is served in a buffet format. Without exaggeration — the tables were bursting with a variety of dishes! There was such an assortment here. Moreover, the food presented was not only delicious but also beautifully served. I started my morning with appetizers, such as cheese, ham, olives, and baked vegetables: peppers, tomatoes. I took a couple of croissants with my coffee. But with such an assortment, even the fussiest tourist can be easily satisfied.

Despite the slight distance, I am very pleased with the location. I like it when it's quiet in the area and there is no excessive traffic, and in good weather, I can enjoy the views over a cup of coffee. But at the same time, I remain independent of transport. Yes, the closest place to the hotel is Place Bellecour, which is 500 meters away. However, to reach the famous ancient theater on the hill of Fourvière, it will take almost two kilometers on foot. This time, I even managed to see the Lyon skyscraper "Tour du Crédit." Beautiful! 

A wonderful note of aftertaste remains with me from my vacation in this place. It turned out to be a good holiday.

My next vacation day was spent with a wonderful view of Lyon. Villa Florentine 5* made it to the list due to its high rating. Guests speak highly of the hotel restaurant. They also appreciate the service. I did not make a mistake in my choice. I can say that I have not found a match for this hotel complex yet.

Wonderful restaurant with panoramic windows and a view of the city and its attractions! I spent a record amount of time at breakfast. I just couldn't stop admiring the landscapes around. As for the food, it is exquisite. Plus, the presentation, table setting, and dishes. The selection includes French soft and hard cheeses, salmon, homemade yogurt, farm butter, and even truffle ham. Hot dishes are prepared to order: porridges, pancakes, fried eggs, and omelets. Everything is cooked quickly. I also appreciated the taste of the tea and coffee. 

It is nice when active rest can be mixed with a peaceful hotel experience. The first place I went to after breakfast was the pool. It is small here, but with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. Guests have access to sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels. Also, there is a jacuzzi next to the pool. And from all sides, there are wonderful views! In the evening, I enjoyed spending time in the lobby. It turns out that there used to be a chapel in this place. 

I had a wonderful time here. Villa Florentine 5* is best suited for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Sofitel Lyon Bellecour 5* — a wonderful option for both a relaxing and an active stay. Couples especially enjoy resting in this hotel. The reason is the romantic atmosphere, delicious cuisine, and the best views from the panoramic windows and terrace.

What could be better than breakfast with a view of the city, the Rhône River, and the main attractions of Old Lyon? Just imagine the breathtaking landscapes visible from the panoramic windows of the restaurant on the 8th floor. In addition to this, I liked the restaurant's interior and its cleanliness to a shine. And how delicious the food is here! Breakfast dishes are served in a buffet format, and there is something for every taste. The only thing is, I didn't notice any fried eggs or omelets. Perhaps they are made to order. Everything was so delicious that I find it difficult to highlight something specific. I simply recommend trying the French hard cheese, red fish, cold cuts, and pastries.

During breaks between the intense excursions, I tried my best to relax in the hotel. Especially when there was an opportunity to use the sauna and gym for free. Tired but happy, I completed my program to the fullest. The sauna didn’t stand out in any special way - it was quite ordinary. However, the gym with the equipment was just what I needed. It had a treadmill, a stationary bike, and equipment for the back. The hotel bar with panoramic views became a wonderful end to the day. 

My trip was 100% complete thanks to this wonderful place.  

Tourists choose Villa Maia Lyon 5* for rejuvenation and relaxation. The hotel is located away from the noise, endless crowds of vacationers, and traffic. Just imagine, at the very top of the Fourvière slope. A paradise of silence and tranquility!

An unforgettable breakfast awaited me at this hotel. At first glance, the selection of dishes was smaller than in previous options. But as soon as I tried the chosen food: a baguette, bacon fried to a golden crisp, a vegetable salad, I realized that the whole secret lies not in quantity, but in quality. Although visually the food looked no different. My favorites here are: desserts, homemade yogurts, pastries, and fruit-berry salads. 

Emotions are overflowing! I didn't expect that everything in the hotel is so well thought out for a comfortable stay. And besides the planned visit to the sauna and massage, I also managed to pamper myself with massage treatments. I chose a comprehensive lymphatic drainage massage. And it's amazing! The cost of the procedure is not cheap, but it is completely justified. By the way, the indoor pool is open year-round.   

Everything here is so wonderful: food, spa, interior, parking, cleanliness, that I couldn't single out the best part.

Cour des Loges 5* — a gem of Lyon looks exactly like this! A hotel that boasts an interesting interior: vintage staircases, frescoes, antique furniture. It feels like I have stepped into the medieval times — a real architectural museum!

A wonderful conclusion to my acquaintance with Lyon. This is exactly how I imagined it – breakfast with a magnificent buffet right in the inner courtyard of the hotel complex against the backdrop of ancient arcades. Beautiful, delicious, exquisite! The variety of dishes is diverse. The interests of vegetarians have been taken into account. Gluten-free dishes can also be ordered. The most delicious for me here was the pastries. The croissants melted in my mouth with their lightness. I noted the presence of pastries with and without filling. By the way, champagne is served for breakfast.

It couldn't be more perfect. Right in the heart of the historical part of the city. It's one of those cases where you can reach the attractions within a few minutes on foot. The museum of miniatures and cinema is only 200 meters away. A bit further, in a 5-minute walk, is the Terrro square. I also visited the ancient theater and the museum of fine arts. Everything is nearby and within walking distance. Incredible! 

I dream of coming here again! A great place to relax and the breakfasts here are amazing!
