As is typical for France, you will find a large number of aromatic crispy baguettes, croissants, jams, and fruits at the serving station. Oh, how delicious it sounds! Especially if washed down with good coffee. You can also order breakfast in your room or an early one to go.

Hôtel de Brienne — a modern hotel located a 15-minute walk from the city center and within walking distance of the Toulouse convention center. This is great if you are an independent traveler! There is also a shuttle stop to and from the airport nearby. Very convenient!

Le Grand Balcon — an atmospheric hotel with a vibrant unique style. I liked it very much! I haven't quite figured out whose photographs are hanging in the public spaces. And nearby, there are major attractions: the Toulouse Town Hall and the Basilica of Saint-Sernin, which was built between 1080 and 1120. Breathtaking!

Breakfasts at the hotel are served in a buffet style. The main thing is to include them right away when booking, or you'll have to purchase them separately for 22 euros. I won't think twice and will take the rate with breakfast. Especially since Le Grand Balcon has a stylish black-and-white restaurant and an excellent selection of dishes! Various cold cuts, sausages, omelets, fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as fragrant pastries and hot drinks. I'll start my morning feeling good and full!

And the views are simply stunning. The Toulouse City Hall is just 200 meters away, and no matter which room you choose, the historical part of the city is visible from everywhere. I would choose to stay in the "Capitole" suite with a view of the town hall.

Courtyard by Marriott Toulouse Airport — a luxurious hotel near Toulouse Airport. From the outside, you wouldn't guess that true bliss awaits inside the building! An outdoor pool, a small garden, and unusual bright furniture in the public spaces. I loved the concept!

The hotel has its own incredibly elegant restaurant, with panoramic windows and views of the courtyard. Breakfast in a buffet format is included in some rates. It will cost 24 euros separately. As for me, I will include it in the room rate right away. The morning meals are good, with a large selection of hot and cold snacks, drinks, and pastries. There are also fresh fruits and vegetables.

The rooms are decorated in warm shades. They have everything for a comfortable stay: good furniture, a cozy corner, a TV, a kettle, and a work desk. It suits me! I would personally choose a deluxe room with a large bed.
