Hello. We stayed at this hotel a week ago. The pool is heated, food preferences vary, we were not particularly satisfied (family vacation with a child). We had some concerns about the cleanliness and room amenities. For example, we had such a hairdryer, and this is not the only issue regarding the room. Everyone has their own expectations and requests. Some issues were promptly resolved through the Guest Relations Manager, the feedback is good. We really liked the location, it's just great. There's a park right there, an elevator down to the waterfront, complimentary hotel bikes are available, there are bus stops nearby, and the 5 Migros shopping center is not far away. Transport is provided to The Land of Legends. An observation deck is a 5-7 minute walk away. Another observation deck towards the park, the views are just amazing.

The pool is heated, the food is excellent, our room was in need of some renovations, but it wasn't critical. There were renovations going on in the hotel during the winter period, possibly a large portion of the rooms have already been updated.

avatar

I was in the same hotel last September, it was nice. We wanted to book it again this year, but the prices are outrageous for our dates. The food is great, delicious Starbucks coffee, a beautiful view from the room, a small but green area, close to the airport and the old town. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit tired and it's not right on the beach.

avatar

Hotel advantages: Good location and the availability of bicycle rental (parks and a promenade nearby). Unlimited access to the park (1-17 hour rides, food in the park is not included). The pool is heated (it's a shame it's small). The step-aerobics and pilates trainer is excellent. There is a nice café outside. About the room: Beautiful view from the balcony (especially if you choose a side view of the sea), as the building is tall and the sea is close by. Double-layer "blackout" curtains (it's the first time I've seen them). The room is spacious and there is a sofa in addition to two 1.5 beds. The rooms are quiet. The room is equipped with a kettle, cups, tea and coffee, bathrobes, and slippers. The minibar is restocked daily. There are large wardrobes, and there is plenty of space in the bathroom for personal items. The daily cleaning is of high quality, with bed linen and towels changed regularly. Hotel disadvantages: The territory is small. There is no entertainment program. Only live music in the evenings for a few tables, which is very strange for such a large and expensive hotel. The beach is a bit far from the hotel, not on the first line. Issues with seating in the restaurant. Had to wait in line even to get into the restaurant. The food selection is much smaller compared to "Ultra all inclusive" hotels. Nobody knows about group workout sessions because there are no announcements. Some people miraculously find out about them through the app, so, according to the trainer, usually nobody shows up... Since the workouts are held indoors, nobody can see them, so announcements and personal invitations from the trainer are necessary. There is a window between the room and the bathroom (those who go to the bathroom at night wake up those who are sleeping). The ability to ride bicycles along the promenade and in the parks outweighs all the disadvantages. The overall impression of the trip is excellent!

1. Winter concept We arrived at the hotel on November 1st, during the final transition to the winter concept. We were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and possible to swim in the sea. 12.11 was the last day of the beach and beach bar. After this date, all the sunbeds and the beach bar were removed. So, you couldn't even lie by the sea and read a book. The sea was still suitable for swimming, it was fresh but still acceptable. Two a la carte restaurants are still closed, only one is open. The heated pool is 2m2. The large pool, which is 7m2, is not heated. They still transport to the Land of Legends every day, and on some days separately for the laser show. But, I understood that the trips will become less frequent. You can go every day if you like. 2. Standard side sea view room. Spacious and nice. It was cleaned every day and very well. There was enough storage space for belongings. 3. Food. Meat in various variations, fish in one format and it didn't look very appetizing. We went to the fish a la carte restaurant on its last day of operation, and didn't really like it. Every day was more or less the same. It may not be ideal for gourmets, but everything I tried tasted very good. I would rate the buffet at 4. 4. Alcohol. The best quality is in the lobby bar, while the other bars were not as good. 5. Service. Guest relations/reception responded instantly to requests. They brought everything I asked for in the room immediately, without reminders. The service in the restaurant area suffers. It is expected that the waiters should offer and bring drinks to the guests. But there are not enough of them. Those who are there are primarily occupied with cleaning after the guests and may have time to inquire about drinks later. The cleanliness is maintained very well and promptly, but they don't have time for anything else. 6. Activities. Standard yoga-pilates, Rixy Club for children from approximately 11am to 9pm (according to the app). Bicycles are available for free, and there are places to ride, it's a very cool option. There are two tennis courts, often occupied, and the rental for two rackets is 15 euros. Mini golf (not popular), basketball, soccer, volleyball. In the evening, there is live music and then a discotheque by the pool. Sometimes they play the piano in the lobby. The discotheque on my first night was very fun! There were many Europeans, English and Turkish music played towards the end, it was really enjoyable. On the next day, they scared everyone away with Arthur Pirozhkov's songs, and the audience was not the same. In general, it depends on luck. 7. Beach. A pretty cool beach club, played non-intrusive lounge music. By scanning the QR code on the table next to the sunbed, you could order drinks and snacks (pizza, burgers, fruits, desserts), and they would bring them. The beach is pebble, and the depth sets in quickly. I really liked it, but it closed early. The hotel provides transfers every 3 minutes or you can walk through the elevator. The travel time is 3 minutes or more, depending on the elevator queue. You can also use the stairs to go up or down. Overall, this hotel is primarily suitable for active guests who enjoy walks, shopping, sports, and the Land of Legends. Considering the price, I liked everything. Every evening we went out to the city for a walk, went shopping at malls, rode bicycles, and visited the water park in Belek. For such purposes, when you don't just want to spend time only at the hotel, it's great.

Our room was a standard one with a city view, but it was noisy on the balcony due to the highway. Therefore, we didn't open the door much and used the air conditioner instead. However, the room was very spacious. We had a clothes drying rack in the corner of the balcony. In the bathroom, there were only gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Whenever we saw the housekeeper, we asked her for cotton swabs, and she only gave us two sets of three swabs each. And she did it twice. We had to ask every time. She never gave us more or left any during cleaning. Maybe they are only provided in higher class rooms? The beach was a 7-minute walk away. We really liked the organization of the food service at the beach. It was menu-based. The menu was small, but it was perfect for a 7-10 day vacation. The presentation was just like in the photos, and the food was delicious. That's why we always had lunch at the beach and only returned to the hotel in the evening. The Linz cake was amazing, and all the cocktails at the beach bar were very tasty. There was also a fridge with ice cream. In the mornings, the sea was always calm, and we could swim peacefully. After lunch, the waves would pick up, and the game of "jumping over the waves" would begin. It was fun. The beach vendors offered sunflower seeds and corn, but no one bothered us or tried to sell us anything. The beach area was organized excellently with large umbrellas providing shade and sun. In October, the sun wasn't scorching, but it pleasantly warmed us. The staff of the entire hotel was very polite and friendly. They spoke English and Russian. The food in the main restaurant was good. It varied on different days of the week, although there were some constant options. We didn't go to the à la carte restaurants. It was a 4-minute walk to Kaleici and a 2-minute walk in the opposite direction to Migros. We went there every evening. We paid for clothes in the clothing stores with our Union Pay card. At Migros, though, they only accepted cash in Turkish Lira or US Dollars; our cards weren't accepted. Overall, I liked this hotel: its location in the city, the staff's attitude, the food and beach bar, and the quality of the drinks. It would have been even better if the bathroom amenities were more comprehensive, and we didn't have to ask for them each time because it was annoying.

We went from cold, almost winter-like St. Petersburg to summer! The temperature in Antalya in November is +27 degrees Celsius! The sea is warm! As for the check-in process, a huge thank you to the administration and management for taking into account my mother's physical condition. She can barely walk with a cane. The reception administrators took this into consideration and changed our room - they upgraded the category and gave us a room right opposite the elevator, with minimal walking through the corridors! As for the room itself - it is large and spacious. The furniture is old, but it's not critical. There is a large balcony with a view of the sea. The only downside is the occupancy of the room, which corresponds to a triple room. There are not all the amenities that you would find in a four-star hotel - shower caps, clothes brushes, shoe sponges, shoe tongues. There are only shower gels and soap in the bathroom. There is no cosmetics, cotton swabs and pads, creams, nail files, combs. Slippers were provided (by the third day, they turned black from walking on the floor of the room without going out into the corridor - see attached photo). There were no bathrobes. They said we could request them, and we managed to get them. There was no personal consultant solving all the problems (as someone wrote in a review). They said we could contact the Guest Relations desk regarding any questions that arise. There was always a queue there, so we didn't bother much. As for the food, the main restaurant had tasteless cuisine, while the restaurant on the beach had delicious food. They deliver the food directly to the sun loungers. Orders are placed through a QR code and delivered quickly. Special thanks to all the beach staff, the front desk girl who solved all the issues and helped us place an order on her iPhone for the first time, as well as the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping staff. They are all so kind and work together so well that it makes you want to come back! The water in the sea is clean and deep. You can't enter without water shoes due to the lack of sand. The pools are not great - they are shallow, only waist-deep. It's not interesting for adults to swim there. You can reach the sea by elevator or use the bus service for transportation. Unfortunately, there is no transportation to Migros, the nearest shopping center. Taxis run between the hotel and Migros, and the cost is 5 dollars one way. Walking is only suitable for the young and athletic. The hotel is connected to Migros by a highway with multiple interchanges. I did not see any pedestrian zones. It would be very difficult for pedestrians to cross all these interchanges. Everyone uses taxis. Although they could have organized transportation like they did for the beach. There are no shops nearby the hotel, not even beach shops! The only shopping option is Migros. On the positive side, the hotel has a free spa with shower cabins, a sauna, and a steam room. There are towels and shower gels provided at the entrance, so you don't need to bring your own. By the way, you can also take towels at the beach and by the pool, and you can return them there at the end of the day. It's very convenient not having to carry them with you. As for the grounds, large areas are occupied by a basketball court, a tennis court, and a football field. Considering that there are few athletes among the guests, it is a pity that such large and vacant areas are not used for recreational zones! It would have been nice to have flower beds, walking areas with benches, fountains, blooming trees, etc. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, you can hear people coughing and talking on the other side of the wall. In the evenings, there is music booming somewhere outside the windows. It would be nice to have Russian-speaking channels broadcasted on the TV. Right now, there is only the uninteresting "Planet" channel with old series and the unnecessary TNT channel. But overall, we were satisfied with our vacation.

The hotel is located in the city center and is perfect if you have come to Antalya for business purposes. Staying for a few nights is a suitable option for both adults and children. The entertainment here is calm: live music, a DJ in the bar for only an hour in the evening. During the day, you can enjoy yoga/pilates/tennis/football lessons, and there is also a Rixy Club for children. The food at the hotel is diverse and delicious, and they offer a dietary menu. The presence of a Starbucks only adds to the hotel's advantages. Since @riosdowntown is surrounded by a park, the hotel offers bicycle rentals to explore the area. I really liked that. The heated swimming pool came in handy. The hotel provides free transfer to the Land of Legends park (a huge amusement park with a water park and a shopping alley). There are 3 restaurants available upon reservation, a vitamin bar at the spa, and a shisha for $3. Alcohol is included in the concept, including Chivas and Absolut. I recommend this hotel for a city break and a short stay by the beach. I will prepare a detailed review and post it soon, where I will showcase the room categories and everything that happens at the hotel.

We had a vacation from April 11th to 18th. The transfer was individual, so we were met right at the plane, helped with our luggage, given a bouquet of flowers, and quickly taken to the hotel! We arrived early and were sent to have breakfast, and by 1 o'clock we already received the keys to our room. Maria at the reception was a very attentive girl, she always helped and gave us advice. They kindly provided us with a room with a sea view, even though it was paid for a city view. It was very pleasant. As for the food, it was just average, nothing more. Good wine, beer, cocktails, and coffee at the coffee shop! Lots of ice cream and tasty nuts at the bars. The rooms were definitely worn out, but we didn't pay much attention to that. The bathrobes were very bad - small, heavy, and stiff. The towels also left much to be desired. The pool was heated to 32 degrees, which was too warm for us, so we swam in the sea. The beach had large pebbles, so it's better to bring swim shoes. The beach bar was nice, you could have a snack there. It was convenient to order food and drinks using the code on the table. The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to shops, pharmacies, the Old Town, a museum, and many other interesting things. I think we will come back again. Just not during the peak season!

avatar

I would recommend the hotel during the off-season as it is ideal for leisurely walks along the Konyaalti waterfront, exploring the Kaleici old town, and shopping at the nearby large shopping centers. However, I would suggest choosing a different hotel for a beach vacation. The positives include polite and customer-oriented staff, a cozy hotel grounds, quality beverages, cleanliness throughout the premises, a pleasant ambiance with soothing music in various areas. The negatives are that the rooms are worn out, the replacement bedding had holes, the bathroom drain was clogged, there was an issue with the room's electrical outlets once, and room cleaning could be improved, even though tips didn't seem to influence this. There are some nuances to consider, such as if you choose a Land View room, it will overlook a very noisy highway. The hotel does not announce their entertainment activities. The food is of good quality but falls short of excellent. Overall, the hotel left a favorable impression. The attentive and caring staff are ready to answer your questions and address any issues you may have. The experience will largely depend on the price of the package and your positive attitude. It may not be a luxury experience, but for us, it offered a good balance between price and quality, and we were satisfied overall. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'll be happy to help!

After being completely disappointed with Rios Sungate, I decided to describe my excitement about the hotel Rios ownTown. We stayed there on February 14th. The impression of the hotel started from the very first step. The staff greeted us at the entrance and took our suitcases. A Russian-speaking girl at the reception quickly checked us in and explained everything. In just 1 minute, we were in our room, and our suitcases arrived within 1 minute (which is how it should be, but apparently not everywhere). The room was excellent and spacious, very comfortable. It had a huge balcony with a view of the sea. There was a minibar with various drinks and snacks. The territory of the hotel was very beautiful and well-thought-out. There were many photo zones, all very beautiful. There were fire pits and heaters everywhere. The heated pool was very warm and comfortable, about 35 degrees Celsius. It was clean. There was a stand with robes and towels next to the pool, you could take as many as you wanted. The pool bar worked perfectly, offering many delicious cocktails, ayran, and nuts with beer. The children's club, for a city hotel, was very decent. There was a field for football, basketball, and tennis. All the equipment was freely available. The food in the main restaurant was very good and diverse. There was blue cheese, strawberries, and fish. Every evening there was a different cuisine. On February 14th, a beautiful photo zone with balloons was set up in the lobby. There were musicians performing. There was a bar with cocktails, strawberries in chocolate, and candies. The hotel offers free bike and scooter rentals. The spa had excellent saunas, but there was no indoor pool. We will definitely return next winter!

Hello everyone! In March 223, my husband and I enjoyed our vacation at Rios Owntown. This is our second time choosing this hotel because of its excellent location. The hotel is situated in a city, with a great promenade 1 km to the right, the Old Town just a 3-minute walk to the left, a decent shopping center (ZARA included) a 15-minute walk away, and the Antalya Aquarium only 3 minutes away. So, if you are looking for an active vacation outside of the pool, Rios Owntown is an excellent choice. The hotel offers the best services and dining options. It takes only about 2-3 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport with a shared transfer, depending on the traffic. Despite arriving early in the morning, we were able to check-in immediately and without any additional charge. Many thanks to the hotel for that! Perhaps because the hotel was only 5% full. Regarding the room, we booked a land view (city view). However, the hotel has three wings, and this time we were placed in the wing closest to the highway. It was a bit noisy. If street noise is critical for you, I recommend booking a sea view room. Room cleaning is done daily, with bedding changed every three days. We did not leave any tips in dollars for this. The winter concept with a heated pool and no beach services is in effect until March 31st, which means you can only sit on pebbles at the beach. This year, we were pleased with the newly updated bicycles provided by the hotel. You can borrow bikes for a stroll 24/7, and they are in excellent condition. There is also a mechanic available during the day for repairs if needed. The vitamin bar offers freshly squeezed juices throughout the day, of course, for free. By the pool, there is a bar serving Starbucks coffee, which is a pleasant and delicious addition this season. The tennis court, football field, and volleyball court are in excellent condition. The outdoor playground is not available during the winter concept. Children are entertained in the conference hall on the 2nd floor. In my opinion, this hotel is definitely not for a family vacation with children. Although this year in March, 8% of Russians were traveling with children. We would definitely like to vacation at Rios Owntown again.

I will start with the flight: we were held in the Kol'tsovo airport terminal B, where renovations are taking place, there is very limited space and it is uncomfortable to stand. After about 1.5 hours, an airport employee came out and announced in a quiet voice that the plane cannot land due to weather conditions. After about 3 minutes, they started allowing people to check in, but it was a slow process. We flew with Southern Wind Airlines from Yekaterinburg. The flight was delayed by three hours. The plane was a Boeing 777 with 5 seats. We had pre-booked seats in the first class cabin for 5 rubles. During the flight, water was provided, but food and drinks had to be purchased with cash. The flight went well and lasted over 4 hours. There were Russian-speaking flight attendants. On the way back, we also booked seats in the first class cabin. I recommend ensuring that family members are not seated separately. We arrived at the hotel on the morning of November 2nd for a 4-day stay to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were greeted by a helpful staff member (sorry, I don't remember her name) who directed us where to go. We were given a welcome glass of champagne, sweets, and lemonade. We were sent to have breakfast and were given our rooms immediately afterwards. However, my booked room with a direct view of the sea and panoramic windows turned out to be a lower category room. I had previously requested to be placed near my friends (who had paid for a side sea view room), but we were given both rooms with side sea views and a neighboring hotel. I asked to change the rooms to have a view of the mountains and sea, as well as the room I had paid for. They changed the rooms without any issues, but again both rooms were on the 8th floor with side sea views. It was convenient that the rooms were next to each other, but I was disappointed that my room was of a lower category (with a price difference of 3k). The reception staff were very friendly and quickly resolved any issues. Respect! The room had a kettle, tea/coffee/cream/sugar/water. The minibar was stocked with sparkling water, drinking water, juice, and a chocolate bar which was replenished daily. However, the beer in the minibar and the coffee machine with capsules that were supposed to be provided were missing during our stay. There was a spacious wardrobe with shelves, drawers, hangers, and a safe. The bathroom had a good hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, soap, towels for feet/hands/body, toilet paper, and a waffle bathrobe (which was very hot and heavy, it's time to replace them with new ones as these were already worn out: we got torn ones and some were without belts). We had to request a toothbrush and toothpaste, which were given to us without any problems. The room had a large comfortable bed with a good mattress, 4 comfortable pillows, pleasant white bedding, two bedside tables, and a LCD TV (I didn't turn it on, Russian channels include TNT, 24). There was also a sofa with a coffee table in the sitting area. The balcony had plastic table and two chairs. The hotel has 4 panoramic elevators. Bracelets are not required at the hotel. The hotel provides umbrellas during rain, which is a great feature. Wi-Fi works well throughout the hotel and on the hotel beach. The food in the restaurant was good, there was a lot of variety but it became repetitive, which I think may be due to it not being peak season. In the morning, there were porridge, salads, sweets, a lot of greens, vegetables, sausages, cold cuts, smoked tongue, fruits, omelets, pasta, and more. They cooked pasta and omelets, my suggestion would be to cook them on more than one pan to avoid delays. For lunch, there were two types of soups, several types of meat (beef, chicken, cutlets), fried Dorado fish every day, salads, sweets, salted snacks, fruits (apples, plums, pomegranates, peaches, grapes - in my opinion, they didn't taste great, as if the fruits weren't fully ripe), French fries, pasta, rice, bulgur, mashed potatoes, and more. Dinner was almost the same, with the exception of one day when they served salmon. I didn't like the coffee from the coffee machine, but the tea from the teapot was good. The alcoholic drinks in the restaurants and bars were of good quality, and they were poured from bottles (champagne, martini, brandy, vodka, whiskey, etc.). You could dine in the restaurant or on the open terrace. Unfortunately, the waiters during our stay were not very attentive, and we had to take care of getting our own water and utensils. It didn't bother me personally, but it may have been just our experience. The hotel is located in the city. On the right

Hello everyone! Already on the 5th of January we are spending our holidays in hospitable Antalya. Each time before, we chose the same hotel and it suited everyone, but this year the tour agent advised us to pay attention to another city hotel - Rios Downtown, and we do not regret our choice. The location is very convenient - we walked everywhere: to the old town of Kaleici, for shopping, to the Aquarium. Also nearby, within walking distance, there is the Arktur amusement park and the Archaeological Museum, which we did not visit this time. The room is comfortable, it has everything necessary, and the minibar is standard. The hotel area is not very big, but for those who enjoy walking, it's ideal, as there is immediately the Konaly promenade behind the hotel with amazing views. The hotel also offers a great service - free bicycle rental. There is no indoor pool, but one of the outdoor pools is heated during winter time and it was very popular among guests who were swimming even in the rain and in the evening. The SPA area with saunas and hammams was very enjoyable, there is also a bar with freshly squeezed juices. The SPA has a common area and a separate Lady Spa zone, where there are practically no people, so it's truly relaxing. For sports enthusiasts, the hotel has a gym (group classes are held), basketball and football courts, and tennis. There is free transfer to the Land of Legend amusement park. In the evenings, there is live music, and one evening the hotel organized a lively party on the street. The reception and guest relations have Russian-speaking staff who were always helpful. The food is standard, there were no gourmet options, just the usual Turkish menu. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation, the beautiful landscapes, sea air, long walks, and good service.

That moment when expectations don't match reality. When we were heading to this hotel, I didn't think it would impress me so much. We fell in love at first sight. The service was top-notch. The staff's attitude was very pleasing (we had previously stayed at Rixos Sangate where the attitude was completely different). The food was very good and tasty (yes, the selection wasn't extensive during the winter season, but all the dishes were delicious). I especially loved the poolside bar, where every morning started with a cup of Starbucks coffee. A huge plus was the hotel's location. We live in Turkey ourselves and have stayed in many hotels, but I would give a 5 out of 5 for the location of this hotel. You step out of the premises into a beautiful park with stunning sea views. There are plenty of places to stroll around, whether you want to go up through the park or down along the promenade. Moreover, it is located in the city center, so everything is very close by. There is a shopping center nearby (2-minute walk or 5-minute drive) if you want to go shopping. The elevator to the beach was not inconvenient at all. There were not many people, so I went down and reached the promenade. The hotel has its own beach area. The pool was heated during the winter season. Canned drinks (cola, Fanta, Sprite, Füzdő) were freely available in the refrigerator next to the pool. There was live music in the lobby in the evenings. The rooms were nicely renovated and had a wonderful sea view. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely come back again! I highly recommend it!

In December 222, we visited the Rios Downtown Antalya 5* hotel. We came to spend the New Year holidays in the sun and warmth :) The hotel left a very mixed impression since it presents itself as a 5* establishment. The pros of the hotel are as follows: - Good food - Very polite and pleasant staff, always ready to help, especially at the reception and lobby bar - Location - Overall good infrastructure The cons of the hotel are: - The condition of the rooms and interior of the hotel is disappointing. A hotel of this level should not allow such conditions (as shown in the photos). - The towels are worn out. - The bathrooms also require repairs and modernization. - The sauna is very small. - The heated pool is only outdoor and there is no warm entrance to it. Furthermore, there were ventilation issues, at least in some of the rooms, specifically room number 572 with a city view. We stayed in it for a day and the smell of stuffiness and dampness did not go away. However, Room 571 (sea view) did not have this issue. Considering all of the above, and the hotel's price during the season, I do not recommend visiting it at full cost.

So, let's start in order, the hotel's pluses are the reception staff, Russian-speaking and always ready to help. Beautiful well-kept grounds and clean pools. The room is not bad, but a bit worn. Good children's entertainment! That's where the positives end. The negatives are the horrible restaurant, no variety, the same thing every day. Dirty dishes!!!! I have stayed at Alva onne before and they had such a variety that this hotel doesn't even come close. I got food poisoning on the last day. The sea, the hotel beach is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but the beach elevator is disgusting, dirty, and stuffy. The bed linen in the room had holes... and when they changed it, they gave me new ones with holes too. The mini bar wasn't restocked until I reminded the reception. I work in tourism and have been to all the Rios chain hotels, and this is the worst hotel.

Hi everyone. We spent a week in the second half of April at the Rios Downtown Hotel in Antalya. We have been to Turkey ten times before, so we have something to compare it to. I want to say right away - we did not have any dissatisfaction or dissatisfaction during the week. We got a nice room 439 with a view of the sea and mountains. Good comfortable bed, excellent bedding. Room cleaning was flawless, they always cleaned when we were not in the room. Thanks to the maid! The food was worthy, there were seafood - shrimp, mussels, squid. As usual, lots of greens, vegetables, and sweets. The waiters in the restaurant are simply great - they serve quickly, always friendly and polite. I especially want to thank the waiters Rustu Rustubek and Mueser Enligay. Thank you! The waiters at the bars on the premises are just handsome! They skated on roller skates like professional athletes! They were also very helpful, always came up to us, asked if we needed anything from the bar. Different kinds of ice cream were available after lunch. There was one heated pool and one cold pool. The sea was still cold and the beach was not yet equipped, there were no sunbeds and umbrellas. In short, I recommend it.

Based on the reviews, I was honestly prepared for worn-out sheets. However, our sheets were new. They wanted to change them every day, but we declined the service because the green sign allowed us to do so. Room. Spacious (we were upgraded to a room with a sea view). Huge double bed, warm blanket. No overhead light, but lots of different lamps, so the room was bright. The bathroom had been renovated, although the renovation was not very neat (the only thing to complain about). There was a glass wall between the room and the bathroom, covered by a curtain during the day/night. However, it didn't reach the floor, so if you turned on the light at night, it would shine into the room. Almost all amenities were replenished every day: shower cap, nail file, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton swabs and pads, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. They only gave us one sponge. The minibar was also restocked every day: cola, sprite, fanta, mineral water, juice, small bottles of water in the refrigerator, large bottles on the table in the room. In the evening, they provided a sleep mask, chocolate, and an eye charm (but this was only once, maybe because we were in the room at a specific time during the distribution). There were many TV channels, including Russian channels, and a German music channel. There was a list of channels and their language of transmission next to the television. The curtains were blackout curtains, which was very convenient if you wanted to sleep during the day. They gave us key cards according to the number of guests, but they would demagnetize if you carried them next to your phone. Food: there was a lot and it was very varied. I couldn't try everything. There was something for every taste: french fries with nuggets, salads, vegetables, different side dishes, meat (I don't know how many types), cold cuts, sweets, fruits, nuts. Two types of cheese, including a hard one and one with mold. They greeted us with champagne and wine in the evening and also in the morning. There were many non-alcoholic cocktails, Turkish tea everywhere, hot chocolate, milkshakes. In the morning, they served freshly squeezed orange juice. At noon, you could get a fresh juice at the vitamin bar in the spa (it was very delicious). Brewed tea was available in the bars and in the spa. The hotel was excellent in terms of food! The main thing is not to go crazy with the choices. Mussels and other seafood were also available every day, and there was a "fish dinner" with octopus (which I didn't like), huge shrimp, and more. Spa: there was a women's dressing room and a separate spa for women, as well as a general spa for men and women. The dressing room in the general spa was for men, but be prepared, women would enter and change and wash constantly. The administrator said they couldn't keep track of everyone. In the spa, there were towels (sometimes stained), a vitamin bar, cotton swabs, gels, conditioners, shampoos, and slippers for men in the men's dressing room. To lock the locker, you had to enter a digital combination and press #. Reception: someone always spoke Russian. Everyone tried to help you and make sure you didn't need anything. They exchanged Russian rubles for Turkish lira. Mir cards and Tinkoff cards did not work. They may be accepted somewhere in Legenga, but it's better not to rely on that. Legend (a park with shows, shops, and attractions): there are 2 options. Option 1: in the morning at 1, you spend the whole day on the rides. We went on the last day to the water slides, as only dry slides operate in winter until 5 p.m. Option 2: go at 5:30 p.m. for shows and shopping until 10 p.m. (exact time should be confirmed with the hotel). Spending the whole day there is probably tough, as you get emotionally tired from the rides. The evening show was beautiful, but the seating was uncomfortable with stone benches, so it's better to bring something to sit on. You're not allowed to bring soda or alcohol into the amusement park, but you can bring water and food like apples and cookies. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the park. The hotel's pool is heated to a very hot temperature. It's pleasant to be in the water when it's cool outside, but it's not pleasant to get out. However, there's immediate access to the gym and spa. The gym is good, with many machines and they look well-maintained. There are lots of dumbbells, bands, and other equipment. I attended a yoga class (the schedule for group classes is displayed at the entrance). The yoga class was in English, and I didn't like the presentation by the yoga instructor. But after the class, they brought us freshly squeezed juice, which was nice. Each person had a mat, towel, and water prepared for them. Beach. Exit the hotel behind the stage and bicycles (they are provided for free, but choose carefully as some are worn out). Go straight or take the elevator (which occasionally doesn't work), or go right past the cafe and take the stairs. We mostly took the stairs to see the kittens and stretch after eating. After descending, go right again and closer to the sea, where you'll see a sign for Rixos. There, you need to mention your room number and relax. There are towels, water, ice

We stayed at the hotel from the end of October to the beginning of November 222. We arrived at the hotel around 11 pm and were quickly checked in. They upgraded our room category, and instead of a garden view, we got a room with a sea view, which was breathtaking. The employee who took our luggage to the room didn't provide any information about the room, so we had to figure everything out ourselves. The room had a large comfortable double bed and two sofas, one of which was already prepared for our child. There were three sets of bathrobes, slippers, and towels. The room wasn't huge, but it had enough space for three people. There were plenty of shampoo, shower gels, cotton pads, a loofah, toothbrushes, shaving foam - you name it. Since we flew with Azure Air, where they don't serve meals for a 5-hour flight, we asked for information about dining options on arrival. They directed us to the main restaurant, which was open from 11 pm to 1 am for late dinner. For dinner, we had soup, rice, meat, a few fruits, spices, and some salads, along with water. When I asked about other drinks besides water, they said they didn't have anything else, but I could go to the lobby bar and bring other drinks myself. We immediately noticed that the restaurant did not meet premium standards, neither in terms of decor nor food variety. Regarding drinks, only Efes beer was included, and everything else was at an extra charge, which was surprising since other basic hotels include drinks like Corona and other types of beer. From 8 am to the evening, you could order freshly squeezed orange, apple, and carrot juices. There was a consistently unfriendly staff member there who once told me that juices would only be available after 1 pm, even though the bar was open from 8 am. Depending on the bartender, the orange juice could have pits or not, and there were many pits. It was strange that one staff member strained the juice, while another didn't. However, the one who strained it always poured a little more than half a glass, despite the small size of the glasses. At the pool bar, you could order Starbucks coffee, which was really delicious. For breakfast in the main restaurant, you could order an omelet, but it was the first hotel where I didn't feel like ordering it again after trying it once, even for my child. It was very oily and not tasty at all, so we always opted for pre-made scrambled eggs. This restaurant didn't surprise us in any way; there were no seafood or red fish, as shown in the pictures. What surprised us the most about this hotel was the complete disregard from the staff. Waiters never approached us to offer drinks; we always had to go get them ourselves. Often, tables were not properly set with cutlery. The internet was a disappointment. It constantly disconnected and had poor reception. When the guest relations manager asked me about my stay, I complained about the internet, and after two days, their manager contacted me via WhatsApp, offered to install equipment to boost the signal in the room, and gave us a complimentary dinner at the meat restaurant. By the way, the poor internet was not just in the room; it was throughout the entire property. The complimentary dinner pleasantly surprised us, and the food was delicious. We chose beef, and before the meat, they brought us various appetizers. The meat was tender and tasty. For those staying more than 4 nights, 1 visit to the fish restaurant was included. We liked the fish restaurant even more. We could choose from many dishes, including salads, soup, hot and cold appetizers, main courses, and dessert. Everything we ordered was delicious. The fish restaurant was located outside, near the stage for live music, which was great for dining and listening to music. Any requests or inquiries we made to the reception and guest relations staff were handled instantly. During check-in, the receptionist told us in Russian that besides the daytime visit, we could also visit The Land of Legends amusement park in the evenings from 7 pm to 11 pm on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. We were thrilled because our child wanted to ride the roller coasters, and we didn't want to spend a whole day for that as we only had six of them. We made a reservation and went to the park. To our disappointment, it turned out that no roller coasters operated in the evening. We were only allowed to go shopping, which was a shame because the employee didn't inform us about it, and I also didn't see that mentioned in any reviews. A shopping mall called Migros was only a 2-minute walk from the hotel. It had the same stores, so the trip was pointless. The hotel has a heated outdoor pool. It's small, with a depth of 1.4 meters. Swimming in it is very comfortable, but getting out of the water can be chilly, especially in the evening. The hotel doesn't want guests to leave the pool even after closing hours; the underwater lights turn on. You can take as many towels as you need, and you don't even have to return them; the staff cleans everything up in the evening. The beach is a whole different story. It's located beyond the hotel premises, and there's an elevator nearby with panoramic windows that provide an amazing view as you descend. You can also take the stairs, which is not inconvenient. You then need to walk a bit further and enter the territory of Rixos. Walking along the promenade is a delightful experience. It was already too cold for swimming, but some people still went into the water. The beach is pebbly, so it's not very comfortable to walk without shoes. You can order drinks and food to your sunbed via QR code; you can have a proper meal, not just snacks. There are many cats and kittens both on and off

I would like to share my impressions of staying at this hotel. The check-in process was quite long, and the staff spoke poor Russian/English. This explains the predominance of Turks in the hotel, as they can at least communicate with them. You have to wait a long time for an iron, which is not available in the room (4-6 minutes). They will take it as soon as you leave the room. The food at the hotel is monotonous and not particularly tasty. The hotel is quite old. The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The trash cans were not always changed, the floors in the room were not cleaned once in 5 days, and the bed linen was torn. The staff's attitude towards people is terrible, contemptuous, and there is a complete lack of etiquette. There is an opportunity to visit the water park for free at the hotel (except on the day of check-in and check-out). It costs 75€ separately. The journey takes 4-6 minutes depending on traffic. But Rios compensates fully for the water park fee. I paid for the stay one day before check-in, and it cost 216€ for 5 days. It is much more profitable to stay in another hotel and book a trip to the water park. The food at the Land of Legends water park is expensive and tasteless. It is better to go to Avenue. There you can find restaurants for every taste and budget. You need to bring your own towels. Only Rios Kingdom guests are provided with them on-site. The walk to the sea from the hotel is long (15 minutes), and you have to take the elevator with the locals who are also visiting the park. The beach is pebbly, and the stones get very hot. Special footwear is necessary. When moving to another hotel, I asked the reception to order a taxi for me (they have taxis specifically from the hotel marked as Rios Downtown). Upon arrival, the driver did not allow me to check the car for forgotten items. As soon as I got out of the car with my bags, he closed the door behind me. Of course, he himself did not check either. I left my sunglasses in the car. I started calling immediately, but while they were transferring me from line to line, the driver had already left. By the way, I had to explain the situation in English three times and the same number of times in Russian. As I mentioned before, the staff only understands Turkish. The employees of another hotel helped me to contact them. The driver offered to bring back the item for 8€. I refused to be extorted and asked to leave it at the hotel reception. I stopped by the hotel before my departure, but they didn't give me the item. They said they didn't have it. Maybe it's in the lost and found room, but it's not working right now. I tried to explain that it was a memorable item for me. The staff member didn't even want to let me into the territory, openly insulted me, and mockingly suggested sending the sunglasses by mail. I recommend refraining from visiting this hotel. It will only spoil your vacation.

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, around 7 am. We were greeted at the entrance by a girl asking, "Did you make a reservation?" which was very strange because we arrived with a tourist group transfer and had a guide with us who usually accompanies us to the reception. Anyway... We were checked in and asked to wait, go have breakfast in the meantime. Around 11 am, we were given the keys to our room. The room itself was nice, standard, with bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The cleaning service was formal. The minibar was stocked with beer, Sprite, Coke, juice, water, and chocolate, replenished every day. There was a coffee maker and capsules, also replenished, as well as various teas. The food was diverse, with meat, fish, fruits, cheeses, and strawberries abundantly available. Everything was delicious. Special thanks for the dried tomatoes! The coffee at the pool bar was very tasty, and the pool was heated. We went swimming, although it was a little chilly outside (it was still April), so going out was not pleasant, but tolerable. There was no indoor pool. The beach was a short walk away along the promenade. There was a good bar on the beach, and the food there was also good. Overall, it was decent. The beach itself had small pebbles, and we didn't go into the sea. I wanted to tell you a bit about the waiters' work: either they hadn't fully shifted into work mode yet, or they had some special attitude towards Russians... Almost every time I approached the bar (the bar was empty, no people around, I was alone), I would stand and wait for several minutes until the waiters finished their conversation and deigned to pay attention to me. Overall, everything was good, but in the summer, for the amount of money the tour currently costs, I wouldn't go. It's perfectly fine for spring though!

We stayed at a hotel with my wife, son, and our friends who started their vacation a few days earlier, from February 23 to March 3, 222. The transfer from the airport to the hotel took no more than 2 minutes. Upon arrival at the hotel, 2 minutes before the end of lunch, we were first offered to visit the restaurant and then proceed with the check-in procedure, which we did. The variety of food impressed us immediately, and I should note the delicious dishes both for lunch and dinner, as well as the diverse breakfast options. Thematic dinners were organized every few days, with the fish and "barbecue" themes particularly memorable for us. The service provided by the restaurant and lobby staff deserves praise, as everyone is very friendly and willingly fulfills guests' requests. I especially want to mention the lobby bar employee, BAHCHETA! This guy stayed late, always with a smile on his face, taking care of his business and bringing us various drinks and snacks to our table, saying "It's special for you" while treating us to unimaginably tasty cocktails. Every evening, when we went to the lobby, we hoped to see Bahcheta there, but unfortunately for us, he worked about every 1-2 days. Overall, it is a very worthy hotel with high-quality service. We are planning to visit it again!!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time in October 2021 and we really liked it. Some people may be concerned about the distance to the beach and the need to use the city elevator, but we have a school-age child and had no problems with going down. Sometimes there is a queue for the elevator, but if you don't want to wait, you can take the stairs nearby. The atmosphere at the hotel is as friendly as it was in the fall, and even the staff remembered us, which was very nice. The attitude towards tourists is good, and the other vacationers seemed neutral. We felt comfortable. We paid extra for sea view rooms on site, which was much cheaper than through the operator. As for changes, they have removed almost all the greenery from the hotel grounds. Guest relations said it was the policy of the new general manager, but we hope it's just a seasonal measure and everything will grow back soon. The difference between October and May is noticeable. COVID measures have been lifted in the restaurant, so now you can serve yourself. There is a new a-la-carte restaurant, but we didn't go there - it's not very cozy. Plus, we were served for a long time at the first seafood a-la-carte restaurant. There is a separate wine menu for an additional fee, but they only had Turkish wine available. For variety, you can have lunch at the snack bar, it's pretty good. They also have a wide selection of packaged ice cream, but portioned ice cream has been removed from the restaurant. One outdoor pool was still heated, as the sea was very cold. It was windy and cool in the evenings. The service on the beach is still good, and you can place orders through QR codes on the umbrellas. You can still borrow a scooter or bicycle for free. It's great to ride in the morning on dedicated bike paths and observe Antalya waking up.

We are staying at this hotel for the third time during the winter period. I consider it the perfect hotel for a winter vacation. The last time we were here was 2 years ago in January before the pandemic, and now we are here again in January 2022. Therefore, my review is mainly a comparison with our previous visit. The flight was without any delays. We flew with Royal Flight on the way there and Nord Wind on the way back. A minibus picked us up from the airport (another family with a child was also there) and took us straight to the hotel. We arrived at 8 am and were at the hotel around 9 am (the drive from the airport takes only 2 minutes without traffic). We left our luggage at the reception and they told us we could check-in at 1 pm. Please note that this hotel requires a $1 deposit upon check-in, which is returned when you check out if you haven't used any paid services. Here are some new things: - Free bicycle rental (you can take them on the premises and ride along the promenade). Electric scooters are chargeable. - Fresh fruits in the hammam (orange, lemon, apple, carrot). - The children's club and its territory have been completely renovated. It was not functioning during our previous visits, but this time there were 3 animators. The club operates from 1 pm to 9 pm, and there is a mini disco every day, which the kids really enjoy. - The water in the outdoor pool is very warm (36-38 degrees Celsius). - The elevator to the promenade was always working. - They started changing the carpeting in the rooms and lobby. - They opened a large bar outside near the pool. - Bathrobes for children are provided upon request. The food is excellent. They greet you with champagne or detox water at the entrance. The food is of high quality and varied (lots of seafood for dinner), with amazing fruits and plenty of desserts. The minibar is stocked with water, soda, beer, chocolates, and chips. The cleaning is superficial, and they don't always provide the required number of towels, but these are minor things. The most important thing, the reason why we keep coming back to this hotel, is the stunning sea view which remains unchanged. In winter, they renovate the promenade in preparation for the season. As for entertainment during the winter season, there were 2 days of piano playing in the lobby and 1 day of live music by a local band.

We ended up in this hotel by chance! We were vacationing in Belek in March...and happened to be in the peak of flight cancellations...so they moved us to wait for our flight back to Moscow...We usually choose beach hotels ourselves...but this time we weren't asked. And so we arrived...we didn't pay extra for a sea view. We were afraid to spend money. We didn't know what awaited us...but when we went to our acquaintances on the last evening and looked from the balcony...it was simply amazing!!! The sea, the mountains, the illumination... The hotel reminded us a lot of the Dolphin Imperial and Titanic Lara...Luxurious...carpets, golden elevators, etc. The room was normal. It was cleaned well. The minibar and bathroom supplies were provided in sufficient quantities...toothbrushes were brought upon request...My birthday was a week ago...and I didn't even expect it...the hotel congratulated me. A bottle of wine, a cake with a candle, and a fruit plate. By the way, the presentation of the pineapple was very original)) Many thanks to the hotel and the attentive guest relations lady. Unfortunately, I didn't remember her name... The food was good, as we entered the restaurant, a girl offered champagne...we happened to be there for a thematic fish dinner...there was everything you could imagine...and there was also a dinner with various types of meat...I don't know the exact name, but there was meat of all kinds...and even dumplings...The service was excellent. The dishes were cleared quickly. Drinks were served on time. When choosing hotels for offseason vacations, we always look for ones with heated outdoor pools...and here it was and it was heated very well, 33 degrees...and there was a bar next to the pool and access to the SPA, we really liked it. March was very windy...but it was comfortable to swim. In the evenings, they entertained us with live music and there were some clowns and magicians... We went for walks to the sea. We took the elevator as the hotel is located on a hill...the beach had small pebbles and the water was clear...we still regret that we didn't swim. Although we saw that some people weren't afraid to do so...There were no loungers and beach facilities yet, they probably set them up later. We tried to climb the stairs...it was tough, of course...And it will be unbearable in the heat...along the sea, there were walking paths, and in the hotel, you could borrow bicycles and ride around. We enjoyed walking...we walked to the center of the old city on foot, went shopping in MarkAntalya...we really liked the location of the hotel. We also took a free shuttle to Legends Park...we saw and walked around there...although not everything was open yet, but it didn't disappoint us at all. There was also a heated pool. People were swimming. But we touched the water...brrr 27 degrees...we decided that it was much warmer at our home (in the hotel))))... We were satisfied with our vacation. It's a shame it was only three days. We were taken back to Moscow with an occasion through Mahachkala. The travel agency did a great job!!!. Our first experience of staying in a hotel in the city was successful))) I think we could easily come for three nights like this...and the airport is nearby. Thank you, Rixos!!

I have been to another Rixos. They also provided transportation. You can pay for a storage camera if needed. There are snacks available there. You can deposit money and return the remaining amount upon leaving. We also bought a video of the American roller coaster. Alternatively, you can go there for free. Bring water and fruits with you. But I assume the slides don't work during the winter period?

During the winter season, the aqua park is not operational, but the rest should still be in operation.
