The hotel left a mixed impression. Overall, we liked it more than not, but there were some unpleasant moments. I will write about everything in order. We chose this hotel because my husband and I enjoy walking around the city rather than just staying in the hotel, but we also flew for a vacation with our 2-year-old child, so we liked the hotel because we didn't have to think about where to feed the child, and there are also activities for children of this age in the hotel. So, we woke up at 6 am, headed to the airport for 3 hours, and after a 5-hour flight, we arrived in Antalya. We had problems with payment by card at the reception (although the card was from a foreign bank and we had no problems with payment in Turkey and other countries before). We tried tapping, inserting the card, and trying to pay with other terminals - nothing worked. While my husband was dealing with this situation, my child and I went to see the fountain. But it was hot outside (especially for us, as we were dressed in sportswear and planned to change according to the weather when checking into the room). My husband suggested to the staff to resolve the payment issue after check-in, as we could walk to the terminal and withdraw cash. But the staff refused to check us in until we paid for the room and suggested that my husband go to the nearest ATM now to withdraw cash. To say the least, we were shocked because previously, when staying at hotels of various levels, if there were payment issues, they allowed payment after check-in. But there was nothing to be done, my husband ran to the nearest ATM and it turned out that there was a limit on a certain amount on the ATM. So, he couldn't withdraw money. In the end, upon returning to the hotel, we managed to pay with a Rosselkhozbank card. But before that, we had to transfer money from the foreign card to it. Thanks to the transfers and conversions, we lost about 20,000 rubles. But, of course, such an attitude towards guests was very surprising. Okay, after half an hour, we were given a room on the 4th floor. Upon entering, we were surprised again that the room looked shabby and not very clean. Of course, we are aware that hotels often give guests with small children rooms of lower quality. But again, we often travel and do not nitpick about insignificant details, but this was unpleasant. After calling, the receptionist and the cleaning staff came. They agreed with our complaints and promised to replace the room in about 20 minutes. Well, after 20, more like 20. There was no point in unpacking, so we waited and would take a shower and change in our room. After an hour of waiting, my husband and child couldn't wait any longer and went to swim in the pool. And after another 20 minutes, when they were already coming back after swimming in the pool, a girl called and said that the room was ready and an employee would come to assist with luggage and escort to the new room. By the time the employee arrived, my husband and child had already changed, and we even went to meet him. We reached the new room, which was provided to us on the 7th floor, after 1 hour and 40 minutes, although it was promised that the wait would be 20 minutes. In total, it took us 2 hours and 10 minutes from arriving at the hotel to settling into the final room. You don't expect such a service from the Rixos chain. In the new room, there were towels for only two people, but honestly, I didn't notice; maybe in the previous room, towels were prepared for all family members. In WhatsApp, the staff asked if we were satisfied with the room, so my husband asked for an extra towel for the child and robes. They brought robes, but the towel we requested for the entire stay was never brought. And then we kept forgetting to remind the staff, as we remembered about the extra towel in the evening when we were bathing the child (wiping with one of the hand and face towels) and then putting him to bed. Not all waiters remember your requests. Although there weren't many requests. For example, to bring a straw for juice because it was not available at the buffet. But most of the time, we were served by a very pleasant waiter (unfortunately, I cannot remember the name now), who was a professional. On the last evening, we decided to have dinner outside. And it was the worst service during our entire stay. We waited a long time for a table for the child, then waited a long time for a juice straw, the restaurant ran out of small spoons, so I asked the waiter to bring me a dessert spoon, which was brought to me when the tea had already cooled down, dirty dishes were not cleared for a long time, and they mixed up the drinks we ordered. Also, at check-in at the reception, when they told us about the hotel, the staff did not specify that visiting the à la carte restaurants needed to be booked at least 3 days in advance and that some restaurants are closed on certain days. Therefore, we couldn't visit them. In brief, about the positives, the food is varied and tasty. Everyone can find something for themselves. Very tasty baklava! The alcohol is not bad. The pools are clean, the water in the heated pool is comfortable. An enclosed children's play area was occupied by animators, but my daughter is still young, so we mostly stayed in the sandbox and on the playground. But I saw the children baking cookies with their supervisors, making crafts for Easter (we were there at the end of March). However, sometimes cats defecate in the sandbox, of course, the staff chases them away, but they don't always catch them red-handed. Excellent spa area, beautifully decorated in an Eastern style. Delicious drinks at the vitamin bar (located in the spa area). I recommend it. Also, I want to highlight the location of the hotel as a positive. There is a promenade nearby, a tram goes to the old town, but you can walk to it in about 30 minutes, and to the nearest shopping center, it's about a 20-minute walk through the park.
Hello. We stayed at this hotel a week ago. The pool is heated, food preferences vary, we were not particularly satisfied (family vacation with a child). We had some concerns about the cleanliness and room amenities. For example, we had such a hairdryer, and this is not the only issue regarding the room. Everyone has their own expectations and requests. Some issues were promptly resolved through the Guest Relations Manager, the feedback is good. We really liked the location, it's just great. There's a park right there, an elevator down to the waterfront, complimentary hotel bikes are available, there are bus stops nearby, and the 5 Migros shopping center is not far away. Transport is provided to The Land of Legends. An observation deck is a 5-7 minute walk away. Another observation deck towards the park, the views are just amazing.
The pool is heated, the food is excellent, our room was in need of some renovations, but it wasn't critical. There were renovations going on in the hotel during the winter period, possibly a large portion of the rooms have already been updated.
I was in the same hotel last September, it was nice. We wanted to book it again this year, but the prices are outrageous for our dates. The food is great, delicious Starbucks coffee, a beautiful view from the room, a small but green area, close to the airport and the old town. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit tired and it's not right on the beach.

A transfer takes you to the beach, the beach is private, it's a maximum of 10 minutes walk down using the lift if you go by yourself, entrance is pebbly. Of course, the beach belongs to the hotel, it's just part of the public beach chain.

On April 13th, we returned. Theme dinner with seafood once a week. On the other 6 days - shrimp and fish (not salmon, of course). Fresh oysters only in the bar for an additional fee. Good strawberries. There were no desserts to our taste. Overall, we didn't stay hungry. The service tries, but doesn't always work out... The hotel was overcrowded due to local holidays. Not Rixos-class, to be honest. But, to be fair, the price is half as much as in Rixos Belek, for example.

Salmon is only available in the salad 😁 and even then it is served separately so it's not easy to find. Fresh juices are complimentary in the SPA, there is a little bar there, starting from 11:00.
