We were here in October 2022, the rooms are worn out. The TVs are terrible, old, you can't insert a flash drive. But there was a renovation, maybe they changed the TVs. And I wouldn't call the food perfect. In our opinion, the hotel is excellent, but not for the money they want now. The breakfasts are great, with red fish, cheeses, etc., the lunches too, but for example, for dinner, meat is usually only grilled (like shoe leather) or stewed with vegetables, but only chicken, turkey, beef, and lamb were given very rarely. The fish is always grilled, like sea bass, etc., but no red fish steaks. In other hotels of this caliber, there is always stewed beef and lamb. They were absent. There was usually a chef's special dish, but beef from the chef was only provided once decently stewed in 10 days. There are no seafood, only in salads. Also, about the rooms, some of them overlook a mini chicken coop for children. There are decorative chickens and roosters living there. So from 4 to 7 in the morning, it's endless crowing. It's impossible to sleep!!!! It's just awful. We have been to many hotels and this one is good, but there are nuances. And for those who love pastries, they are so-so here. We went to have lunch at a restaurant near the beach, where they have pasta and delicious baked red fish on the menu, as well as burgers. In the evening, there is a paid steak house there. And if animation is important to you, this is not the place. There are activities, but all very sluggish and reluctantly. I'm not talking about the kids' club, we have teenagers playing volleyball, etc. It was quite boring in this regard. There is one tennis table under the fir trees, all covered in needles and leaves. We had a great rest, but in my opinion, the hotel's cost is overpriced. This is precisely why I pointed out the shortcomings that may be crucial for some people. And the icing on the cake was the water slide collapsing under the teenager. There was simply a hole all the way through.

Everything is super here. The staff is excellent, the bartenders are top-notch, they smile, joke, and will make any drink you ask for, both for yourself and for your child. The food is diverse, catering to all tastes and preferences 🤣 There are sweet fruits, ice cream on every corner, waiters on roller skates circling around the pool and serving drinks, snacks, and ice cream. They offer both draft beer and bottled beer in 0.3 liters. There is a kids' club that the child wanted to go to every day, with something new happening there each day :) The only downside is that people reserve sun loungers by the children's pool in the morning by placing a towel on them, but then never actually show up, just occupying the spaces. This is a completely kid-friendly hotel. There is a disco in the evening, but no one goes there. In the evening, it's nice to sit by the pool with beautiful live music, and those who wish can even dance :)

We were at IC Green Palace the year before last. The hotel is good, the territory is wonderful, the food is excellent, but there is a Kids concept there and honestly, such a number of children does not suit us, apparently due to the large concentration of kids, cases of rotavirus are not uncommon there. My spouse caught it on the penultimate day and then our friend also got sick the following month, it seems like a matter of luck. Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel, everything else is above average. The hotel may be good, but it is absolutely not suitable for a couple without kids. Since this hotel is like one big daycare center with all the resulting consequences in terms of rotavirus.

avatar

We were here in October. There were 4 families, and someone in each family had rotavirus. The food was nothing special. The adults were bored after 9 p.m. The area is very beautiful. The rooms were tired, and we had a huge cockroach in ours. When it comes to kids' entertainment, it was the same thing every day, plus a crowd of children on a 2-by-2 stage. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel. The beach is decent, but it is much more beautiful in Kemer. There have long been rumors about rotavirus in this hotel chain. Personally, I would not recommend it, especially for that price.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 day. Extremely disappointed! The hotel, in its price category, is the worst among those we have been to (Bellis, Port Nature, Granada Luxury, Pine Beach, Papillon, Aisha, and Zygma, Selectum Family...). What was good: - The territory. Lots of greenery, clean, a pond with swans and carps - 5 points. - Heated children's pool (but not every day was heated, a couple of days the water in it was very cold). - Beach. Regarding the rest: - Food - very disappointed! The food was obviously tailored to the local audience - mostly Turkish dishes and the same thing every day: mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, a couple of types of meat, fish (overcooked on the grill, not well-prepared, by the way). You won't go hungry, but it's not tasty and monotonous. - Drinks. Okay, they removed imported alcohol from the winter concept, but could they at least purchase sparkling wine of decent quality? Instead of what they pour in 3-4 times. The wine at the beach bar and pool bar is different from the lobby and restaurant - we intentionally checked to avoid defamation. It is either diluted or... Martini, Bellis - not here, go by. They had a couple of types of whiskey from imports (Balantines and Red Label) and Havana Club rum, but even it was not always available and then disappeared completely. - Housekeeping. I don't understand why if the maid comes to clean the room and you're not ready to leave the room at the moment, and you ask her to come later, it's not possible... It's the first time I've encountered this. The "clean the room" sign doesn't help. They didn't clean our room for 3 days before departure, even after a request. - Service and staff are not focused on service quality. There are some individuals who enjoy their work. A couple of people at the reception and a couple of waiters. That's it. Otherwise, I am surprised at such "service": the bartenders are rude, guest relations said in response to my complaints - you should have chosen another hotel, unfortunately, yes, these are the problems we have, I sympathize with you... and she herself told about the hotel's shortcomings. Waiters don't notice people, especially if there are tables outside. They chat, walk around, clean the tables slowly, and pretend not to hear or see (don't understand). - The mini disco caused bewilderment)))) but the kids were dancing. BUT! a strange-looking woman, with a very unfriendly look, who was irritated by the toddlers dancing chaotically around... it upset me, such an attitude towards children, in general, even if not my own) - Amusement park...!!! The name speaks for itself - a wheel for 3-year-olds and a carousel. That's all! And they only operate for 1 hour a day, from 15:30 to 16:30. So if your child sleeps until 4 pm and then has a siesta, you didn't make it) those who have been to Selectum in Kyzylagach will understand that it's a horror, not an amusement park)))) In summary, I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Especially in the winter concept. I regret not choosing Bellis (it was 5,000 rubles more expensive, that's not a big difference, sorry))) or Port Nature (it was 4,000 rubles cheaper). We have been to both of them, so we wanted to try something new and ended up in this situation! The hotel is tired, and in all parameters, it is at the level of a good 4-star hotel.

We arrived at the hotel on November 15th from another hotel in the IC SANTAI network. The hotel was presented as being of a higher level, so we were surprised when the service turned out to be worse. Let's start with the positives: 1. The rooms are spacious and bright, easily accommodating 4 people with pull-out beds from the wall. 2. The breakfasts are good, with sandwiches with red fish and mozzarella with pesto. 3. There is a wide strip of sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. 4. There are slides for adults and a mini-slide area in the shallow pool for children. 5. The lobby and interior of the main restaurant are pleasant, with a nice green area. Negatives: 1. On the winter concept, they only offer local drinks on Ultra all-inclusive. We didn't expect this, as there was no such problem in IC Santai. We planned to celebrate my husband's birthday here and book rooms for our friends, but no one in our group drinks locally produced alcohol. 2. Unlike IC Santai, all the restaurants here on the winter concept were already closed except for the main and a la carte. The snack restaurant was moved to the main restaurant. The first big disappointment happened when we went for a late lunch (my daughter sleeps until 3 PM, so we never make it for the classic lunch hours). The food consisted of burgers, fries, rice, a few salads, some inedible pastes, overcooked pasta, pide, and soup (traditionally either yogurt or lentil). The selection was small, whereas in Santai there was a wide variety of food available and the snack restaurant was open. For example, there were always two types of dishes on the grill: köfte and chicken steak, as well as burgers, hot dogs, chicken or lamb shawarma, large filled potatoes, two types of pizza, pasta, soup, salads, and fruits. 3. There are no snacks on the hotel grounds: no ice cream, gözleme, cookies, waffles, or fruit. And this is supposed to be Ultra all-inclusive. You can eat at certain hours in the main restaurant, but all the sweets are inconveniently located in the lobby near the reception. By comparison, in Santai, there was a beach cafe with desserts and various cookies, and they made waffles with different toppings after 4 PM. There was also a kiosk with a wide selection of ice cream (like Magnum, Oreo, Twister). There is also an IC cafe with coffee and tea, located across from the children's area with slides, which has all the conditions for the placement of desserts and ice cream, but apparently the hotel finds it unprofitable. 4. The children's club: the playground is located on the sandy ground, and considering it's not the season, the sand is constantly wet and dirty. The animators at the kids' club are not very proactive, there is a cinema with cartoons in English, a small selection of toys, and workshops. I left my child there with a bracelet, but he came out and came to me on his own. By comparison, at IC Santai, there is a huge covered playground with non-slip flooring, a large club for teenagers with game consoles (we also hung out there with the child), a large club for school-age children with three real theaters where cartoons in different languages were shown, and it was always in Russian. And the child can't leave without passing the frame at the club's exit, which triggers a loud alarm. 5. The water in the children's area with slides is cold, it needs to be heated more in the off-season. Children quickly freeze in it and can't warm up at the temperature outside in November. 6. Limited selection of dishes for dinner. Mostly chicken and potato dishes in various variations. These are cheap ingredients, which speaks for itself. Yes, there was grilled white fish fillet and köfte, as well as various meatballs and one dish made from whole meat (beef). 7. Zoning of the children's and adult pools. Maybe for some people, this is a plus, but if you're with a child in the children's area, there is no deep pool nearby where you can refresh yourself. This is not so crucial in the off-season. In summary, the hotel was a big disappointment and does not live up to the advertised status and concept of Ultra all-inclusive.

There are almost no complaints about the hotel itself: plenty of food, quality drinks, well-maintained grounds, and a good beach (although there is definitely a shortage of sunbeds when the hotel is fully occupied). As always, it's the staff that ruins everything. We are currently vacationing at the hotel with our family, including our 4-year-old daughter. I left her at the kids' club, they put a bracelet on her and recorded all the details (including phone number). I came back to check on her, but she refused to leave. I came back again after 4 minutes - and she wasn't in the club anymore! And NO ONE knows where she is. Completely irresponsible and negligent attitude towards their work. While I was searching for her throughout the entire area, I reconsidered everything - the nearby sea, pools, the small child, but the animators didn't even immediately start looking for her or helping me. Thank God, I found her. I complained about the animators' work to the manager Natalia, who called the head children's animator. I waited for her for 2-3 minutes, which, in my opinion, is an exceptional situation, but she didn't seem to hurry to figure it out at all. No one even apologized for not doing their direct job - watching the children in the club (of which, by the way, there were very few). It's a complete horror, and I hope measures to ensure the safety of children will be strengthened. But our mood has already been spoiled for a long time.

Hello, we are staying with our family at this hotel. Check-out is on 6.11. The hotel grounds are big, beautiful, and well-maintained. The water park is interesting and diverse, suitable for children from 1 year old. The entertainment is aimed at children up to 6 years old; there is nothing for older children. The entertainment is boring, with crafts and games in the kids' room. Walking and outings with children are paid separately. There is no variety, and children quickly get bored and don't want to go there after a couple of visits. There are no children's activities such as yoga, trampolines, or other sports. There are no complaints about the food. It is tasty and diverse. The biggest drawback is the organization of the restaurant. There is a battle for tables, it is better to come either at the opening or every 45 minutes. There are more guests than tables, so there is not enough seating. There are long queues for food, with the longest queues for the fries and grill area. The hotel is advertised as family-friendly, BUT... The night dances take place in bars outside the hotel. It is impossible to sleep until 2 a.m., as the air conditioners do not work and the music is loud, waking up the children. Then, after the disco ends, the noisy crowd disperses to their rooms. So it is difficult to fall asleep until around 3 a.m. This is the first time I've experienced this, I have not encountered it before. The rooms are cleaned daily. The bar is restocked daily. All alcoholic beverages are local. When purchasing the tour, it was stated that foreign alcohol would be included. The outdoor pools are not heated, including the children's pool with slides, which was a surprise. The snack bars are standard. There is only one bar on the beach with a long queue. The ice cream is not bad. Our 9-year-old child is bored, spending the first 6 days in the water park and then switching to board games. We didn't manage to relax, as the hotel is very noisy. In my opinion, it is more suitable for vacations without children. After reading reviews of hotels where we have previously stayed, we realized that, on average, this hotel is good. If they address a few organizational issues, we might consider returning.

We stayed with our family at the IC Green Palace 5* hotel from October 3rd to November 5th. Having sufficient experience in Turkish hotels, I can accurately evaluate the IC Green Palace 5* hotel, with reference to previous hotels such as Elphin Imperial Lara, Rios Premium Tekerova, Selectum Family (before the change in hotel concept), Regnum Carya, and Port Nature. I will rate it on a 5-point scale. We booked the tour through Pegasus, and I want to note the convenient flights without delays, transfers, or other inconveniences. Considering that the airline was a Turkish low-cost carrier, I won't mention the food and service on board. Taking into account all factors (4 points). Now, let's go in order: Transfer - everything was organized smoothly without any issues (5 points). Check-in - despite the early arrival at the hotel, we were given our room immediately (5 points). Room - we had a standard room on the ground floor with accommodation for 2+2. I must mention that the room was quite worn out, and the bathroom needed renovation. There was no balcony, but there was an open terrace from which we could go for a walk (3 points). The territory - green with different areas for various activities, but after a few days, it didn't seem so big anymore (4 points). Food - monotonous and without any fancy options, the same every day. You won't go hungry, but you won't get much pleasure either (3 points). Drinks - this was the first time I encountered such a limited selection. Until November 1st, the drink options were average for a 5* hotel, but after the start of the winter concept, the variety of drinks turned into a limited selection. Additionally, two bars on the hotel grounds were completely closed. The bottled juices and beer selection in the hotel were also completely removed with the start of the winter concept (3 points). When ordering cocktails, they would only ask for the type of alcohol without mentioning the specific brand, so always clarify what type of alcohol you want for your cocktail. Coffee shop - the coffee was decent, but it would have been nice to have some chocolates, candies, or Turkish delights as well, but they were not available. The desserts were brought out at certain hours and were of average taste (3 points). Activities such as the water park, shooting range, volleyball, and gym were present, and there were no major issues (4 points). Having tennis courts initially pleased us, but the quality of the courts left much to be desired, and the equipment was not the best. If you are a tennis enthusiast, I recommend bringing your own equipment. The spa complex had a sauna, hammam, relaxation room, and vitamin-enriched juices, but they were not regularly replenished - if you were lucky, good, if not, bad (4 points). The sea and beach were without any issues, plenty of loungers, convenient entry into the sea, and sandy. The cleanliness of the beach could have been better, and the pier was in poor condition, needing repairs (4 points). One negative aspect for us was the excessive number of animals, such as cats and dogs, which did not contribute to cleanliness, especially in dining areas. However, the separate zoo area with goats and roosters was not a problem. The service staff in dining areas, bars, and the water park were not very attentive to guests, and their language skills were not clear to me. They had difficulty understanding English and allegedly did not understand Russian, and unfortunately, our family does not speak Turkish (3 points). During the return registration, I was surprised by the long lines at the check-in counter for passengers with the Pegasus Select Comfort level, and even more surprised by the lines in the CIP zone after passing through customs. I believe this option is unreasonably expensive and unnecessary, but it is up to each person to decide. I must mention the Pegasus manager named Melek Bakir, as I promised her. I have never met such an active salesperson for shopping services. She doesn't associate herself with guest accommodations, but if you need shopping, she gladly directs you, although not to the best shopping centers and at high prices. I recommend taking a taxi yourself and going to shopping centers that meet your preferences. During our departure from the hotel, representatives from other tour operators saw off their guests, but our tour agent didn't even get up from the couch. Moreover, after returning home, I received another invitation from her for shopping, meaning she doesn't even keep track of the dates of her guests' vacations (1 point). If the representatives of Pegasus read this review, I recommend changing their approach to their own work and focusing on the comfort of the guests, then everything will be good. Taking all factors into account, I would rate the IC Green Palace 5* hotel with 3.5 points. My family will not consider the IC chain when choosing a potential hotel for our future vacations. As for comparing hotels with a focus on our family, the hotel rankings are as follows: 1. Food (Regnum Carya, Elphin Imperial Lara, Rios Premium Tekerova) 2. Territory (Regnum Carya, Rios Premium Tekerova, IC Green Palace) 3. Water park (Rios Premium Tekerova, IC Green Palace, Selectum Family) 4. Spa complex (Regnum Carya, Elphin Imperial Lara, Rios Premium Tekerova) 5. Activities (Regnum Carya, Rios Premium Tekerova, Elphin Imperial Lara). I understand that the Regnum Carya hotel is in a different league, but I didn't exclude it from the comparison. Wishing everyone a good mood and enjoyable trips to hotels that won't disappoint!

Recently, from January 6th to January 16th, 23, my partner and our friends had an unforgettable vacation at the IC Hotels Green Palace 5* hotel, and I would like to share my impressions of this place. The hotel's location is simply perfect: it is only a few minutes' drive from Antalya airport, making the transfer quick and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is located close to the city center, making it easy to reach all the attractions either by the LC7 bus, which runs every 15-20 minutes but takes over an hour, or by taxi, which cuts the travel time in half. The hotel grounds are incredibly large and green. All the rooms and public areas are decorated in a modern style, using natural materials and vibrant accents. The only thing is that the room renovations were done relatively a long time ago, in 2015, and the furniture is a bit worn out, as often mentioned. Nevertheless, the rooms are spacious and cozy, with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the sea, surroundings, or neighboring hotels. In our case, we had a wonderful view of the hotel grounds, the sea, and the distant hotels in Lara, which were brightly and intricately illuminated at night. Each room has all the necessary amenities: built-in air conditioning, a tea and coffee making set, bathrobes, slippers, regularly replenished non-alcoholic drinks, beer, snacks, and some other pleasant edible items in the mini-bar, a safe, a modern Smart TV with a large screen of at least 40 inches, offering access to a host of useful features, and free Wi-Fi, which works flawlessly throughout the hotel premises. The bed is comfortable, and the bed linen is fresh and of good quality. Room cleaning is done daily, bathroom supplies are replenished every day, and shaving and toothbrushing kits are provided upon request. The food at the hotel is top-notch. The buffet offers a wide selection of international and local dishes. However, the food displays are spread out, and you may have to walk around the restaurant a bit. The red salted fish was always available, served on sandwiches with poached eggs for breakfast. If there were any seafood, they were included as ingredients in other dishes. We particularly enjoyed the Sunset Snack Bar, where we had our lunches. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and the attentive and polite waitstaff were incredibly quick and remembered the preferences of the guests. The incredible Miology Bar! It is an immensely huge plus for the hotel. The cocktails made there and the way they are skillfully prepared and presented are indescribable without using exclamation marks. There are also numerous a la carte restaurants where you can enjoy dishes from different countries around the world. The hotel bars offer a wide range of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, wines, beer in bottles, packaged ice cream throughout the day, and local beverages. During the day, a trolley circulates throughout the hotel premises, offering drinks and expertly prepared cocktails. This is for adults. For children, a similar trolley offers candies, popcorn, and something incredibly delicious, judging by the children's reactions. IC Cafe is an atmospheric place that serves cookies, coffee, and tea. The hotel has its own beach, which is sandy and has a gradual entry into the sea. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a pier (small, without a bar or shower), sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels (issued with cards near the pools and close to the beach), and water activities. There are various entertainment options within the hotel premises. There are several large outdoor pools, children's pools, a water park with, if I'm not mistaken, seven slides, which is heated in the winter, a spa center, a gym, tennis courts, a volleyball court, and much more. The animation team, which includes charming girls, works throughout the day, offering guests various activities and sports events and conducting them in an energetic and exciting manner. The children's evening animation was so informative and entertaining that even adults attended. The service at the hotel is of the highest level. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. I especially want to mention the work of the reception and accommodation service, which ensures quick check-in and a comfortable stay at the hotel. After booking the tour via email, we contacted the hotel managers to request a room that matched our preferences. As a result, we received exactly what we asked for, as described above. Overall, the IC Hotels Green Palace 5* hotel is the perfect place for a vacation, combining comfort, luxury, and high-level service. I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Turkey.

Review, specifically related to the winter concept. The experience with the winter concept is limited, only the third time, so the comparison is small (Trendy Lara, Alva Donna Belek). But in Turkey, it's already the 25th time, so there is an understanding of different hotels in Turkey. This year, the prices are higher compared to last year (5,000 higher), but the impressions are not the same. Regarding the specifics: 1. The journey from the airport to the hotel takes about 2-25 minutes. 2. We were lucky with the check-in, arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am and were immediately given a room. But that was probably because there were not many people on the day of our arrival. On the next day and the day after, there were MASSIVE arrivals of Turkish guests (probably due to a conference, someone's birthday, or a wedding, I couldn't understand), and I assume they were checked in later. 3. During our stay from November 15th to 23rd, 6% were Turkish, 2% were foreigners, and 2% were Russian-speaking until November 19th. Afterwards, more Russian-speaking guests stayed and new ones arrived. 4. The beach is large, and in November, there is plenty of space for everyone at any time. On November 21st, most of the sunbeds were removed, but there was still enough space. 5. The pools are naturally empty because they are outdoor pools without heating (except for the water park, it's not hot but warmer than the regular pools). There is also a heated pool in the spa, but you can only enter the water after warming up in the sauna. However, many children still swim. 6. This year, the sea is warmer than last year, and many people swim (adults and children). The weather is unpredictable; it was very warm on November 15th-17th, with people sunbathing and swimming. Then, there was rain and a very strong cold wind (we didn't have such cold last year). We managed to enjoy warm weather again on November 21st, but we didn't swim in the sea. Therefore, swimming is only possible in the spa, but it's quite far from the sea. The water in the water park is shallow, and the area is small. 7. If you like to have shade on the beach, there might be some problems as the small straw umbrellas don't provide much shade. 8. The pier was dismantled on November 17th (before that, it didn't have sunbeds or a bar, in case anyone is interested). 9. There is a beach bar, no queues, and it's difficult to say exactly what drinks they have (I only tried champagne; they make 6 types of cocktails for children. There is packaged ice cream). All drinks are local, except for imported drinks at the lobby bar, but there are only a few options: Balantines, Red Label, J&B, and the local brand Belis. All carbonated drinks are on tap. Some people complain about the champagne, but it's a matter of taste; I found it okay, and the rosé wine as well. 10. There are two towel stations on the premises (near the pools and at the beach entrance). However, they close for lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm. If you arrive at the hotel around that time, you can only get towels at the indoor pool, where they are freely available. But from November 19th to 22nd, hardly anyone was at this station, so it was always possible to get or return towels. 11. The spa has a nice sauna, spacious, with an average temperature of 80-90 degrees Celsius. There is also a steam room and a good hammam. To reach the pool, you have to walk through the entire spa, go out into the main corridor, and enter through separate doors. There are very few sunbeds. There is a vitamin bar near the gym (only pomegranate juice was available a few times, a couple of detox drinks, water, ayran, packaged children's juices, tea, and coffee). 12. In the winter concept, the working bars are one near the pools, one at the beach, and one at the lobby. There is also a disco bar in the evening. 13. There is a café opposite the water park. We went there around 5 pm, but there was only coffee, and nothing else (I didn't clarify if they have any sweets). All sweets are in the lobby bar; based on observations, they are available until around 4-5 pm. It's a strange situation that the café has no sweets, but I assume it's a management decision to reduce consumption, as there are limited options in the lobby. 14. Regarding snacks: there are no snack bars or waffles on the premises. Snacks, as it turned out, are taken to the main restaurant around 2:45 pm. The snack bar in the winter concept is closed. According to the winter concept, everything is in the main restaurant. One day, we missed lunch and got snacks (there were gözleme with meat and cheese, but when they are on the tray for at least 3 minutes, it's not the same taste as when they are fresh), burger ingredients, minimal amounts 16. The territory is quite large and well-maintained, with lots of pine trees and greenery. It's very clean everywhere. Unfortunately, there are not many areas, such as hammocks or benches, to relax in besides the beach and pool (I don't count the coffee shop as it is a common public space). Only three benches are placed along the seafront, which is beautiful, but there are limited options for relaxation. 17. There are plenty of facilities for children aged 5-6 years old, such as playgrounds, a Luna Park, goats, chickens, a great water park, and a kids club that stays open late. However, it's important to note that in November, if the weather is not good, the water park may be closed and the Luna Park operates on a limited schedule. I saw children with face painting and crafts almost every day, so it seems like there are plenty of activities for kids. However, I heard from other guests with young children that the kids' playroom was closed. 18. The evening entertainment in the hotel's main building was available until November 18th, with a children's disco followed by adult entertainment. The adult entertainment primarily consisted of karaoke, but since there were 5-6% Turkish guests in the hotel, most of the entertainment was in Turkish. After November 19th, the entertainment moved to a large conference hall where they held activities like bingo and quizzes. In the lobby, a talented pianist played until 10-11 pm. 19. The rooms are standard and not as old and worn out as some reviews claim. The only thing that bothered me was the thin plastic cups for toothbrushes, which had to be placed against the wall to prevent them from falling. This is the first time I've encountered this in Turkey. 2. Cleaning is not the most important aspect of my trip, but the rooms were cleaned quickly and visually appeared clean. However, it depends on the housekeeper. For the first two days, the housekeeper replenished supplies and even cleaned the glasses in the room. But for the rest of the stay, different housekeepers did not remove anything from the room, including the glasses and cups. I had to put everything accumulated in the communal corridor, and then it was taken away. 21. I did not see any cleaners on the beach, everyone cleans up after themselves. The grounds are frequently washed. 22. The internet is good throughout the territory, at least in November. 23. For those interested, there is nothing behind the hotel. The nearest pharmacy is across from the Adalia Hotel, about a 15-minute walk towards Antalya, and the market is before reaching it. Migros is a 15-minute walk from Adalia. There is also an option to take a bus, but it runs every 4-6 minutes. From this year, cash is not accepted on the bus, only a Turkish transport card or an international credit card. Many people took a non-stop bus to Terra Mall, either pre-registering or buying a transport card. In conclusion, during the vacation, my opinion changed from time to time. The food was sometimes satisfying, but at other times it was difficult to find something for myself. Overall, everything was tasty,

We were greeted wonderfully at the airport, quickly taken to the hotel. Our room was a king suite, it was huge, bright, and so comfortable that you don't even notice the hotel's minor details. We were checked in immediately, without waiting until 2 pm. The breakfast was good, worthy of a hotel in Turkey. The freshly squeezed orange juice was great. There were lots of fruits, vegetables, and greens. Honestly, the coffee was not great, but you could still drink the cappuccino. But the tea was tasty, no doubt. By the way, I'm surprised about the lack of variety in the sweets, there are hardly any, just the same kind of cakes in different colors and only one type of baklava. It's a bit insufficient for Turkey. The water is available everywhere and there is plenty of it, with bottles conveniently placed in fridges. The beach is wide and sufficiently large, it's convenient to take a stroll in the shade among the trees. The territory is big and beautiful, green! Everything is well thought out. It's truly amazing. The beach has plastic lounge chairs that don't look broken, but they appear cheap. However, the umbrellas are nice and pretty. The towels have seen better days, but that's the case throughout the entire hotel, it's time to replace the towels in the rooms and the bathrobes. There is a small pebble bank to enter the sea and there's a pier. The pools are cool, colder than the sea. The water park is huge and there aren't many tourists there, but it seems interesting for those who enjoy that kind of entertainment. The animation team tries their best, well done! I don't know about the children's activities, we didn't visit them. There are evening shows, a couple of them were really good. Live music is also present. There is even a disco from 11 pm to 2 am, we went there one night, it's a great way to burn calories before going to bed. The music is varied and there is also a bar. The guys play volleyball every day, it's loud and fun for them. There are tennis courts, but I only saw tourists playing with a ball once during my stay. The restaurant for lunch and dinner, the grill, is excellent. The choices are always chicken, meat, and fish, not a lot of variety, but everything is delicious. And again, lots of greens, vegetables, and salads. They try to make individual plates for serving, well done. There is plenty of alcohol and it's good quality. When people complain about the lack of choices, I'm sorry, but this is a standard 5-star hotel and the alcohol is corresponding. Everything is normal. The bartenders and waiters try to please and bring you everything, and if you tip them, they'll be running after you. I would recommend this hotel as a very good four-star one. Everything is worthy, but not more than that. At the moment, I think the price is a bit high, but it's probably because of the global situation. The Turks are surviving. But it's true that they try their best for the tourists. Thank you very much. We only have good impressions from our vacation.

I am writing this review from the hotel while my child is sleeping on the lobby couch. They did not allow us to stay during quiet hours for free. So, the territory is large, beautiful, and well-maintained, I will add some photos. The majority of the staff are attentive, polite, and professional, but there are some absolutely terrible examples among the cleaning staff. They gather in groups, shout, make noise, and despite the "do not disturb" sign, they woke up my child. I am attaching a photo of this cheerful group. The cleaning quality is poor. The terrace has never been cleaned, there are dirt clumps visible in the photos, so it is impossible to go out barefoot and relax. The food is good and diverse, and the chefs deserve respect and admiration, everything is delicious and presented beautifully. The fruits are seasonal, and at the beach bar, they have tasty flatbreads and fruit salads (sometimes with a different variety of fruits, sometimes just apples). The restaurant is large and comfortable, with wonderful music. The waiters are mostly excellent, and in one of the photos, they are comforting my child while we eat. They pay attention to details, when my child dropped a big fork, they immediately replaced it with a small one. Today we encountered a not-so-good waiter - our table was surrounded by dirty dishes from breakfast, and he pretended not to notice us. I will add a photo. The advertised alcohol is European, but the wine in the restaurant is local, and they serve draft beer on the beach. The solution is to bring your own drinks or constantly go back to get what you are used to, which is inconvenient considering the long distances. The ice cream is good, with plenty of options and no restrictions, which is definitely a plus for the hotel. The sports activities are excellent. Special thanks and appreciation to some of the girls from the Kids Club, they are hardworking and talented. They play doctors or clowns with the children. My daughter, Eva, is a very gentle little girl and she will miss the wonderful and kind fairy, Zhenya. Sometimes it was scary to leave the child there - the animators did not control the rowdy games of older children and the little ones were at risk. They also allow teenagers on the carousel, and they shake it so much that they bump into other kids, which is dangerous. Once, we left our child there for an experiment and sat near the entrance. After half an hour, we went in and found the child crying in the corner. Someone for some reason called our room (we were not there, of course) and reassured us, even though they provided WhatsApp for communication. The child was swollen from crying, and there were no apologies. The mini disco is quite strange, with its music and the organizer, Tuba, constantly demanding that everyone knows her name and touching children's faces to make them smile. This is unpleasant, unhygienic, and uncultured at least. Michael Jackson's dance is great when performed by the original author and very inappropriate when performed by an adult lady with a bow during a children's disco. The sea is magical, clean, with a wonderful sunset, fine pebbles, and sand. There are always enough sunbeds, and the lifeguards are watchful. The bartenders at the beach bar are exceptionally polite and lovely. We only visited the children's water park once on the first day, and we immediately froze - the water was cold both in the pool and in the water sprays. We got sick and had to run to the pharmacy (not nearby) and take antibiotics for 5 days, thankfully we are doctors ourselves. The rooms are average. During check-in, they do not pay attention to children or their ages. At first, we were placed in a former 2-room suite, with a door on the wall and terrible soundproofing. With the help of Natalia, after a few days, we were moved to a room on the first floor which was more convenient with a child and a stroller, and the child could sleep peacefully. Huge thanks to Natalia. The bathrobes are so worn out that it is unpleasant to wear them, they should have been replaced long ago. There are no children's bathrobes. Ironing is available for an additional fee. The Mixology Bar is super, it's outstanding, it's the hotel's star. The cocktails are beautiful and tasty, the conversations are polite, the music is excellent, and the bartenders are kind and attentive to both children and adults. Erkan is simply the best bartender on planet Earth. A big thank you! And the "face of the hotel" - the sweet Ali who welcomes everyone - made such a good impression that my child jumped into his arms on the first day to take a picture, and then we hugged every day. Thank you to him. In conclusion, the hotel is wonderful, but we probably won't come back due to too many unpleasant nuances for such a high price. When you enter your room, you want to relax, not calm down the cleaners. You want to wear a soft robe, not a floor rag, and walk barefoot on a warm, clean terrace. When you take your child to the Kids Club, their safety should be a priority, which is currently lacking. And of course, the water activities for young children should have heating. It's a shame to save on the health of children in such a reputable establishment. With great gratitude and wishes for growth and well-being. Unfortunately, not all the photos were uploaded, I will add them upon request.

I don't like to describe in detail, so I'll briefly outline the facts. Pros: I was on vacation with two children: 1-year-old and 5-month-old. I requested in advance to have a room with a large double bed and an additional bed. The bed was indeed huge, I didn't measure it but I think it was at least 2x2 meters. This was important to me because the younger child wouldn't sleep in a crib. We arrived at the hotel around 11 am and were in the room within 2 minutes. The room definitely needs updating. The furniture is quite old, and it hasn't been renovated in a while. Considering the cost of the stay, I was surprised. But that's not the biggest problem. The main issue is the cleanliness. It was at such a low level that some things made me feel nauseous. I didn't plan to write a review, so I don't have any photos, only the ones I took for a friend who was also staying at the hotel at that time. The most disgusting thing was the sink. The drain area was covered in such repulsive residue that it canceled out all the positives of the hotel. Food. I have been to different hotels in Turkey, including ones of lower quality, and the food seems to be roughly the same everywhere, in my opinion. We didn't go hungry. The only thing is, I don't know how they manage to overcook pasta so much. I didn't see any seafood in the 8 days, but there was fish every day. For the first time, I enjoyed the desserts at the hotel. Not all of them, but many were very tasty. The pastries were excellent! In the main restaurant and the snack restaurant, there were two great waiters who pleasantly surprised me with their work. The kids loved the water park. I was concerned about the railing when going on the slides, it's quite low. But since I have a panic fear of heights, let's believe that everything is done according to safety regulations. There is also an interesting water park for very young children. The beach is gorgeous. The sunbeds were always available, unlike the ones by the pool. People reserved them in the evening, which surprised me because it is prohibited in many hotels. We didn't attend the animation activities. My friend attended some workouts, and she seemed to like everything. She said the gym is a bit old but it has all the basic equipment. There are many cats wandering around the hotel, which is completely normal for Turkey. But a pack of dogs that came during breakfast bothered me. The staff didn't react to them at all, and the dogs were big and approached tables begging for food. All the alcohol is imported, and there are bottles of beer in the refrigerators. It's freely available.

1. Check-in. We were quickly checked into a "very nice room". However, there was water dripping from the air conditioner onto the floor. I would like to note that the technician came quickly and fixed the problem. Rating: 4.5 out of 5. 2. Rooms. It was a disappointment. I had read reviews about the hotel before my trip and knew that the rooms were "tired," but I couldn't imagine they were THIS tired. The furniture is objectively very old. The nightstands and dresser are all old, but to make matters worse, they were dirty. The room cleaning service deserves special attention. We had a room for 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 1, with a large bed and two beds for the children that pull out from the wall. The bathroom had a bathtub and toilet. The partition in the bathroom is so small that when you shower, the floor turns into a swamp. Rating: 3 out of 5. 3. Housekeeping. It was a disaster. I have never encountered such poor housekeeping before. On the very first day, I brought my concerns to guest relations. There was a lot of dust, dirt, and stains under the children's beds (visible without lifting the mattresses). I asked them to clean it, and they assured me they would. However, absolutely nothing changed. I had to clean it myself with wet wipes because it was simply unpleasant to see all that and imagine my children sleeping there. Photos are attached. The bathroom mirror was not wiped clean of water droplets unless I reminded them. The towels were placed on the shelf in the bathroom, but not neatly. The towels and bedding were quite worn. The bathrobes were the same. We didn't even bother using them. Rating: 2 out of 5. 4. Grounds. It is very beautiful and well-maintained. There are many plants, including evergreens. Rating: 5 out of 5. 5. Entertainment and animation. I cannot comment as we did not attend the evening shows. 6. Sports. There are group classes, including in the pool. The variety (yoga, Pilates, aerobics, etc.) is interesting. Rating: 5 out of 5 for the animators. The sports facilities are quite tired, but my spouse and I still used them without any problems if we wanted to. Rating: 3.5 out of 5. 7. Food. Nothing fancy, but we didn't expect it to be. The quality was decent. There were many vegetables, a variety of cheeses, pastries, and fruits. We had sushi a couple of times during our stay, as well as red fish. There were no other seafood options. Grilled fish included dorado, bass, and trout. Rating: 4 out of 5. 8. Alcohol. There is a wide variety of imported drinks such as Aperol, Red Label, Black Label, Bacardi, Beefeater, and more. The beer selection in the refrigerators included Blanc, Carlsberg, and Sol. On-tap beer included Tuborg. Rating: 5 out of 5. 9. Soft drinks, for example, Pepsi, are available from vending machines and of good quality. Rating: 4.5 out of 5. 10. Coffee. I want to emphasize that the hotel has good coffee, especially in the bakery. Rating: 5 out of 5. 11. Service in bars and restaurants. We noticed that the hotel's concept in the bars is that they will bring you whatever you ask for without any problems. However, the waiters themselves do not offer things too often. In the bakery, the waiters are quick to approach and take orders. But in the pool bar, for example, if you sit at a table that is not in the central service area, you may have to wait a while for service. Rating: 4 out of 5. 12. Late check-out. If you need to extend your room stay, for example, if you have an evening airport transfer, it costs 25 euros per hour. They will accommodate you if there are available rooms. 13. Pool loungers are already occupied with towels by 7:30 am. However, there are only 1-2 people swimming in the pools. I want to emphasize again that even after contacting guest relations, the situation with the room cleaning did not improve.

The trip started off on a bad note with an early arrival at the airport. We quickly went through the check-in process, but the flight was delayed by 2.5 hours and instead of Turkish Airlines, it was their subsidiary, Anadolu Jet. So the Turkish Airlines tickets were more expensive? Well, that's how it is. The seats were cramped, there were no monitors, and the meal consisted of a bread roll and water. The bathroom was too small for my 188cm height, but it was clean and the pilot was good. What more could you ask for? There were no complaints about Anadolu Jet's actual flight experience. We quickly arrived at the hotel and checked in. The room was small but cozy. We had a partial view of the sea, even more than expected. If you want complete silence, choose a different side of the hotel because it was a bit noisy until 23:30. The cleaning service was good. The beach was large, with a sandy entrance and small rocks about 2 meters in. It wasn't a big issue, and we were able to swim despite the cold water. The bridge was old, perhaps in need of repairs. The hotel grounds were spacious, beautiful, and had a lot of greenery. Despite the large territory, everything was within reach. Moving on to the main negatives, they were more surprising than anything else. The FOOD was the biggest disappointment and shock. We have never seen worse food in a high-level hotel, honestly! Understandably, it was likely not the high season, but the summer concept was supposed to start from April 1st, and we arrived on April 19th. There was only one fish dish and one meat dish, with plenty of bowls that we couldn't touch. It was the first hotel where there were no watermelons or melons, and strawberries were only served once a week, despite Ramadan and the national holiday. It was also the first hotel where the güzleme (a traditional Turkish pastry) was bad - thin and burnt. It truly felt like the hotel was cutting corners. It's not pleasant for you. Some bars, like the coffee shop, were unnecessary. The interior and coffee were mediocre, with only 2-3 types of pastries available. I'm not lying. My wife was very surprised since she enjoys having coffee. Martell and Chivas were only available in the lobby. And here I was greatly surprised, as the lobby bar is usually the best in all hotels. There were always 3-4 staff members standing around, talking to each other. They didn't rush to serve you. Once you took a drink and sat down, they silently approached to collect the glass. They only asked "Would you like another one?" once throughout the entire stay. The mini bar wasn't restocked until we asked for it. We only needed water and mineral water. Thank you for the birthday surprise for my wife! The flowers I ordered were very beautiful. The a-la-carte steakhouse was good. The steaks were delicious, and the French wine was great. I highly recommend it if you're staying at the hotel. When they asked where to serve the cake, we suggested the a-la-carte restaurant. The staff even put a candle in the dessert and said, "Here's your cake!" They brought the wine as a complimentary gift the next day. The children's animation for those over 1 year old wasn't great (maybe it's not the high season again). The water slides were good. Overall, it's a nice hotel within the city with a resort concept, but the price seems a bit inflated. We compared it to Baia Lara where we stayed in April last year, and they have the same price now, but Baia Lara is better. I won't even mention Nirvana - it's like comparing heaven and earth. Maybe it would be different in the peak season (though the price would also be different). Most likely, we won't return here again, or it will depend on the price.

The food was excellent, a 5 out of 5. The only thing missing were berries, but I understand that it's not the season yet. The breakfast was varied, and for lunch, there was always fish and a wide variety of dishes. There was always something for the kids to choose from and eat. There is a diverse selection of alcohol, and if you leave a tip, the waiters will provide excellent service. We went to the a la carte fish restaurant, but I don't remember how much it cost. Trust me, it's not worth spending your time or money there. It's located on the 4th floor, and the only pleasant thing is the view. The food is not interesting. As for the room, we had requested a quiet room with a good view in advance through our agent, and it was like that until April 1st. Suddenly, there were a lot of tourists and vacationers, and our side of the hotel became very noisy. Our room number was 214, if you need it. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The minibar was restocked daily and was free of charge. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The reception is divided. There is a counter for customer inquiries and another for room-related matters, but they mostly direct you to the customer inquiry counter. I asked for an iron and scales, yes scales – I keep an eye on my weight – but the hotel does not provide these. You can use the laundry and dry cleaning services instead. For outings in the city, I took the initiative to buy an Antalya card. Only purchase it from the special machines near Sultan's Bazaar, about 3-4 km to the left of the hotel. If you buy it from a nearby store, it costs about 4 lira just for the card, but in the machine, it costs 15 lira. The fare is 9 lira, and you can also top up the card at the machine. There is a detailed instruction video on YouTube, and it's very simple. The LC7 bus goes from the hotel. Cross the road and go slightly to the right; the bus stop is indicated there, and there is also a taxi button. You need to raise your hand to get the bus to stop; they come every 2 minutes. You can also take the bus back, just press the button inside the bus in advance to signal the driver to stop. You can go to the Terra City shopping center, where there is Zara, Sephora, MAC, etc. There is an HM store near Mark Antalya and the Kaleici old town. You can always tell the driver where you want to go, and they will tell you where to get off. The buses run in a circle, and there is no end point. We also went to Antalya Mall near the airport. Our guide organized the trip after discussing with us that there would be a stop at a fur and jewelry store. Since the trip was free for us, we had to see it all, and the salespeople were very pushy. Taxis use the meter, and they don't intentionally take longer routes. At least I didn't notice that. Pharmacies have everything you need, and many people speak Russian in them. The old town is beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend it. There was one incident where, at 10 p.m., other vacationers accidentally entered our room while we were already sleeping. We never understood how it happened, and my child was very scared. Naturally, we called the customer inquiry counter and expressed our concerns. They immediately came to apologize and changed our keys. They offered to upgrade us to a better room or to have a late check-out as compensation. We didn't need either because we were leaving early in the morning and had only 2 days left until departure. The kids club was good and diverse. The heated pool, to be honest, was just a name – it was terribly cold. The water park was decent, but again, it was very crowded! There is a good fitness center with everything you need. The beach and sea were decent, like in the rest of Turkey.

My spouse and I stayed at IC Hotels Green Palace in October 222, and the weather was fantastic!! "Amazing place. Excellent staff. Superb reception. Thank you so much, Elena, everything was top-notch." We loved EVERYTHING!!!!! The cleanliness of the entire hotel area and the quality of room cleaning. The internet works great throughout the hotel and on the beach. Regarding the food: Red fish, basturma, carpaccio, grilled cheese, poached eggs, diet menu, detox drinks, sushi, and soup. There is a separate restaurant for children in the main area with small tables and children's tableware. There is also children's food, jar puree, cottage cheese, yogurt, soups, steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, boiled fish, and chicken. I can't describe it all!! The cuisine is superb. There are plenty of entertainment options for children, to put it mildly. It's simply paradise for kids!!! The attention is incredible!!!! The animators are simply fantastic." I would like to separately mention the Algida ice cream stand that operates all day. I highly recommend renting a cabana on the beach for at least one day. The cabanas have very soft mattresses, plenty of pillows, and towels. The waiters can bring both drinks and food. All the service is already included in the cabana's price. I want to highlight the work of the staff separately! The staff is a huge plus for the hotel! Great work by the guest service: they can help with almost any question. The hotel is of the highest level! I definitely recommend it, and I want to come back to it!!!!))))))

Translated text: We stayed at the hotel in June with a child. I read a lot of reviews, some of which I agree with, others I don't. This year, Turkey has significantly increased in price, so if you want everything to be perfect, you need to pay a minimum of 5,000. So the hotel fully corresponds to its price category, I am satisfied. Moreover, there is something to compare it with. Last year we were in a similar hotel, but it has significantly increased in price and we decided to go to this one, and IC Green is not inferior to the previous one, although it is cheaper. Pros: 1. Gorgeous territory, it is huge, plenty of space for walks, you can walk to the villas and there is a beautiful view, everywhere is green and well-groomed, flowers, trees, a pond with swans and fish. 2. Many activities for children. There is a water park for both younger and older children, the baby area in the water park is really great, I haven't seen anything like it in many hotels, it's great that they covered the baby pool with a tent, it saves in the heat. There is a playground on the beach and a kids club. Inside the club, there are many toys, a trampoline, and even a mini club for babies, they work until late evening with a short break. There are often events for children and various entertainment, but the girls in the club are not particularly interested in children, they just sit and do their own thing or take care of older kids and clean up toys, participate in events if you want or not. It's a shame that the playgrounds are under the sun, why not put up a tent like in the pool? There is sand on the playground instead of a cover, there is a fence, but it cannot be closed. There is also a mini Luna park, there are two carousels, but they only work for two hours a day, there are no lines even during the peak season, it's really fun to ride. There is a mini farm with chickens and goats. 3. The food is very tasty, the hotel focuses more on quality rather than quantity. I like this approach. I don't like it when there is a lot of everything, but it's not particularly tasty, but many may not appreciate it. You can't complain about dinner at all, everything they write below is not true, there is plenty of food and a grill outside with various types of meat, fish, chicken, side dishes for every taste, rolls are often made. There is a kids' zone, where there is food for babies and yoghurts, juices, cocktails in the fridge, but I didn't see purees. I really don't know what else you could want from food if everything is there. The only thing is that there are no seafood, during 9 days of vacation, there was only one time. There are always plenty of fruits, peaches, apricots, strawberries, watermelons, melons, and much more. The lunches are slightly worse, but still excellent. But I think the breakfasts are disappointing, there is not much meat, only sausages or a couple of types of ham, sometimes chicken. It's always the same every day for breakfast. I'm very surprised that there is hardly any sweet pastries, I have never seen that in a 5-star hotel for breakfast, croissants without filling, and a couple of sweet buns, that's it. Sometimes we were lucky and there were buns with chocolate, they were very delicious. Yes, there is a café on the territory with desserts, go there, but it's very inconvenient with a small child, we want

We arrived on the first day after a two-month break in the hotel's operation. For a couple of days, there weren't many people around, it felt a bit neglected: empty pools, chairs and tables stacked in rows, no one was monitoring the cleanliness of the plates in the restaurant, and the glasses were dirty. It got better in the last few days. We enjoyed the food, there was always fish and cutlets, either grilled chicken, plenty of vegetable dishes, fruits, and desserts. It was disappointing that the children's café was not open, it was difficult to feed the child. As for entertainment, during our stay, there was a children's disco in the evening, a quiz or karaoke for adults. The drinks and cocktails at the bar were excellent, and we were satisfied with the service. There was one unpleasant incident for which no one apologized. During the winter period, the hotel is used for football team training camps. It seemed like there were even more of them than vacationers. I wanted to go to the gym, but the scheduled training times for the footballers kept changing every day. I came after breakfast and asked the girl in the gym if I could come for a workout now. The footballers' training time was supposed to start in a few minutes. They told me to come because the footballers were sometimes there and sometimes not. I came back half an hour later, and it was already the footballers' training time, but the gym was empty. The girl from the gym administration was polite and showed me where to store my belongings. But then, after 15 minutes, the athletes arrived and the same girl immediately asked me to leave. I explained to her that she had allowed me to stay just a few minutes ago and said that I would at least finish my workout on the treadmill. To which she invited another girl, and they both started to kick me out. It was so unpleasant that I ran out with tears in my eyes. I complained at the reception. Then I calmed down and gave up, never stepping foot in the gym again.

I warn you right away: the review is exclusively positive. This means that there may be some minor flaws, but they are insignificant. So, the flight was overnight and we arrived at the hotel around 7-3 am. The "Pegas Comfort" transfer took us from the airport, which means there were only three hotel stops (ours was the third). The bus was big and there were quite a few people in it. We were accommodated instantly, threw our things in the room, and went for breakfast. I must say that we were in Turkey for the first time in January. Before that, we had only been in the "off-season" in March. It was very surprising that there were almost no people at breakfast at 8 am, the food was extremely scarce, it was dark outside, and it was cool inside the restaurant. Honestly, the first impression was not very good because "little food" and "Turkey" are mutually exclusive things. I think all fans of vacationing in this country will confirm this. But the doubts quickly dissipated when it became evident that quantity turned into quality - the food was VERY delicious. There is nothing to say about breakfast, as they are the same everywhere and always in Turkey. The only difference was that the lady was cooking gözleme right in the restaurant. So, she couldn't harm the traditional omelette with a couple of thin breads with spinach and potatoes/cottage cheese. Lunch and especially dinner were excellent: always two or three options for the main course and three types of fish (trout, sea bream, perch) without fail. Three football clubs (Turkish, Azerbaijani, German) arrived at the hotel with their staff, which caused queues for food in the restaurant. But everything quickly settled down and the football players sat in separate rooms. So, there were no problems. There are a lot of seats in the restaurant. Fruits were available daily (bananas, oranges, kiwis, persimmons, mandarins, pears, plums). There were also desserts. The drinks were excellent. And this is the first hotel where you can find excellent quality coffee not only in the café but also throughout the hotel: mainly in the main restaurant, lobby, etc. The territory is very green, so the hotel fully justifies its name. I think it must be very beautiful here during the season. I won't say anything about the entertainment as we did not attend. But we visited the lobby every evening, where there was a piano and a Russian girl playing various compositions excellently: from classical to modern. Oh, one time we were there from the 6th to the 7th (Orthodox Christmas) - the Turks arranged a buffet and a great concert. It was fun! The beach infrastructure is excellent: everything is there, clean, and the beach bar service is extremely courteous. We were very lucky with the weather as it was sunny for all seven days and it only rained on the day of departure (well, it's understandable). There is one cat living on the hotel grounds... Actually, not just one - there are many of them. But there is one very affectionate cat that our whole family showered with attention and fed so much that our ten-year-old daughter cried because she had to say goodbye. Even I, a tough man who has always been absolutely indifferent to cats, somehow developed feelings for her... Now we are thinking of coming back here another time for a new meeting with this little rascal... The room, in principle, was okay: warm (which is important for this time of year), very clean (cleaning deserves special praise). But the interior is outdated: not a particularly spacious wardrobe, the TV doesn't read flash drives, the bathroom with a half-glass enclosure is not very convenient, and the toilet was leaking (although, they quickly fixed it after calling the technician). Overall, the hotel's service departments deserve praise for their excellent work in responding to guests' needs instantly. Another downside is the lack of 22V sockets in the bathroom. The hotel is located first in Kundu, so walking to Lara is not a problem at all. To Antalya (Terracity or something like that) it's a 2-minute taxi ride (5 euros round trip with a three-hour wait and a stop on the way somewhere... like the bazaar, for example). A nice gym, where apart from me and a hundred and a half football players, there was never anyone else. In general, the hotel is excellent. It has everything you need. The service is excellent. It's hard to imagine what else you could wish for when it's -2°C in your homeland and +24°C here.

This is not my first time in Turkey and I have experience traveling (Egypt 4 times, Cyprus, Greece, Tunisia, Spain, Dominican Republic, Vietnam, Germany, Finland, Belarus, etc.). At first, I didn't even want to leave this review because it probably won't change anything... but I have such a "lump in my throat" after this vacation... and writing it here will at least make me feel better... and if you find it useful too, that would be good. Let's start with the fact that this hotel was recommended to me by 2 different travel agents... By the way, one of them even left a "great" review... Now I know for sure that you have not only your personal commission interest, but also perks from the hotel. 1. Flight. Turkish Airlines. Super. They serve food on board!!! Very decent. And it's hot (if it's lunchtime). Omelettes (for breakfast) + yogurt + bun + cheese. Tea, coffee. They also have beer and wine. Everything is included in the ticket price, so ask for alcohol quickly if you need it. Wine is quickly taken by experienced travelers, and the staff doesn't really offer it, and they mostly speak English. 2. Transfer. We traveled from the airport for about 4 minutes. Our hotel was the last on the list. By the way, we passed by the Nirvana and Elite Lara hotels, they are so beautiful... after seeing them, our hotel didn't impress us at all... More of a disappointment than a wow effect... There are so many people here... it reminds me of a pension... a lot of people. It's noisy, like at a train station... mentally exhausting. The hotel also holds conferences for one person, and in winter there are definitely many football teams... It's like an ant hill. The reception is crowded... lines for food, especially at the beginning of lunch or dinner... the bar is almost always crowded for drinks... I drank tea with milk... I got tired of waiting... But you can still find a place. 3. Check-in. We arrived in the evening at 2 o'clock. Check-in starts at 2 p.m. It was disappointing that there was none of what I requested in the room upon our arrival. I didn't hesitate to write a letter to the hotel in advance with my requests, and it was also mentioned during the booking process... because we have 2 kids (8 years old and 1 month) and we wanted to drop our things in the room and go for dinner, instead of organizing our space upon arrival... but alas... When we arrived in the room, I called the reception and they brought a baby cot and an extra bed for the older child, and they pushed 2 1.5 beds together, as I requested... (although I wanted just one big bed). And as an apology, they brought sponges, a razor, shaving foam, and made swans. Okay, thank you very much for that... (The room was standard). By the way, the next day, they transferred us free of charge to a quad room (where 2 additional beds can be lowered). The room was 278. The view from it was stunning... you could see the mountains, the pools, and in the evening, the lighting at the Adalya hotel was very beautiful... I really enjoyed it in the evenings... The parents' bed in this room is smaller than in the standard room, and when you exit the toilet, we constantly bumped into the legs of this protruding bed... but the view from the room was more important to me. 4. Housekeeping... sigh... I read a lot of reviews about this... and you know, nothing has changed, apparently... They brought a free potty to the room upon request... it was kind of dusty... There are not enough hangers in the closet... there is dust on the top shelves of the closet and some tea sticks are lying around... the phone is disgusting to touch... dirty... There is a kettle in the room... but there is limescale in it... Of course, they washed the kettle and the potty... They gave us some children's robes... I called and they brought bigger ones, but with torn loops for the belt... My husband had holes on the back. It was funny to see men in robes that didn't fit them in the pool... Of course, if you ask, call them, they will bring and change it... but it takes so much of your energy and waiting time... You've already given up on many things... Yes, they do spray the children's high chair and wrap it in film... but you look at the seat and the belts... and there are crumbs, dirt... grease... The microwave in the children's restaurant is also dirty... The table for distributing food for children is not used in the winter concept... it has such a layer of dust... the floor is always very dirty in the children's restaurant... My child often throws something and I have to wash the toys to give them back... Yes, dirty plates are still common... They brought a bottle of wine + fruits to our room (quad room). Thank you. But the glasses are dirty... how is that possible... But when we went outside the hotel area, we realized that this is their mentality... there is really such a mess there... garbage is everywhere and a lot of plastic... it's a shame for the environment... but that doesn't justify you... you have a 5-star hotel. 5. Dining... I hate this phrase... You won't go hungry... but here it is really appropriate... I really wanted seafood... but apparently in the winter, there is nothing except grilled fish!!! A couple of times in the appetizers for one day, there was red fish in jelly... and that's it. It got taken instantly... not just by Russians, but also by Germans who quickly ran with their plates... Unlike the hot dishes, the appetizers are not refreshed... And it would be fine... I would even say it's normal... but we all got food poisoning and spent the last 2-3 days of the vacation in our room... on the last day, we came out to eat rice... My 8-year-old was throwing up like a fountain. By the way, at 1 a.m., a staff member promptly came and helped clean the toilet... We only took turns sitting on the toilet, In winter, from jars: - only rice pudding - fruit puree (mix) Apparently, their children don't eat meat... At the end of the vacation, there was also - vegetable puree. But I also had to run after these jars every day, begging for them... They are somewhere with the chef..(upon request) There are no mixes. There is no blender!!!! In winter. (Read in someone's review) All juices have sugar. Even apple juice is extremely sweet. I myself collected vegetables and fish for him, and they were crushed for us at the bar. There is no blender in the restaurant. Then Lyubov from guest relations helped, and we created a menu for our child...so that the chef could cook for him. We always almost came late for lunch and dinner..But it was always stressful for me. You look for the chef. He calls someone. You sit and wait. Almost always for about 3-4 minutes exactly... Even though we asked for a specific time. The child is already hungry..crying...drank water..sucked on an apple. They bring it..and damn...it's poorly mashed...he spits it out.. ..At first I asked for it to be redone. That's another 3 minutes. Then we ourselves carried it back to the bar to be mashed again..Not every shift agreed right away either.. And the last few times, they didn't even include meat or fish... Only vegetables... Oh God, how you exhausted me mentally!!!! And there isn't even a store nearby... In short, out of all the days, only about 5 (not days) were okay...the rest.... ????Indoor pool. Big. Beautiful view of the lake from the windows. Beautiful ceiling ?? But it's not very warm...We didn't go in with joy..we still hoped it would be warmer.. Hair is lying next to it, people bring it and with strollers from outside... Hmm.. ????Spa. It was cool to lie on the warm tiles. It was really nice... And the kids enjoyed it...they could pour water on themselves from buckets there... The hammam was also good. But when you come out to the shower...it's so cold there... Not far away because it's near the hotel entrance... And in the morning and evening in the hotel on the 1st floor (in the spa, in the restaurant), it's cool. A jacket wouldn't hurt... ??Vitamin bar in the spa. I assume that the pomegranate and grapefruit juice are freshly squeezed, but the orange juice definitely has additives... I'm breastfeeding..it was important to me. ????Guest Relations. Girls Lyubov and Maria, thank you so much for trying to do everything you could...but it's a pity that there was no result. (Not everything depends on you. The work of the whole team is important here), but you are charming. Sending you my rays of love and kindness from Russia ?????? ????Kids club. The child liked it. The girls working there are friendly. I liked that the doors in the club are closed...In theory, the child should not leave it unless the mother allows it. The floor there is cold in winter, it's better to put shoe covers on top of the child's shoes. They allow it. Face painting - great. The mini disco is so-so.. We have something to compare it to. ??Adult entertainment in the evening. Bingo was fun.. The other days were boring.. The piano is not for us.. We wanted some kind of shows... On February 14, there were only dances. Great.. The rest of the time we just sat at the reception and were bored.

We chose the hotel as one of the top-rated and well-advertised ones. We stayed from January 27th to November 1st, 223. We arrived with friends - three families - at 5:3 am, and it took us another 2 hours to get there. They didn't give us our room and told us to wait, that they would let us know. Those who couldn't sleep went to explore the territory. It was very cold in the morning, and the water in the pools was freezing. The territory was beautiful though. But what horrified us was when we entered the toilet and it was all dirty. Our mood instantly sank, but thankfully the staff started cleaning it up soon. They gave us the room at 13:3, even though we had asked for it earlier. They said, in the end, they gave it to us even 30 minutes earlier than expected! The food was alright, but not great. The food at Nirvana hotels is much better, and the alcohol here is just incomprehensible. In different bars, they pour something diluted and with different flavors from the same bottle, which doesn't make it very pleasant even though we drank very little. The water park is nice, but the staff was nitpicking about many children and didn't let them in, saying they swim uncertainly, touch the rope, don't handle the water well, etc. But that's not the worst part. The worst part is when my child and our friends caught an infection in this hotel, and vomiting and all the consequences began. The hotel's medical staff sent us to a hospital, where we spent the rest of our vacation hooked up to IVs. In general, we will never return to this hotel, even though we had wanted to visit it for a long time.

Good afternoon! I am writing a review at the request of a friend who is currently staying at a hotel and couldn't resist leaving her own feedback. Our criteria for choosing a hotel were as follows: 1) Location in Antalya - closer to shopping and the airport; 2) Good water slides for children; 3) High-level hotel. We understood that the choice of good hotels in Antalya is quite limited, and there weren't many options that met our criteria. After considering several options, we ruled out most hotels as they did not meet certain requirements. Based on reviews and other factors, we chose IC Residents, specifically the lake villa room. The hotel is decent, but to put it mildly, it is tired-looking and overpriced, not matching its level. The rooms are in need of renovation. We were surprised to find wrinkled curtains, old towels, patched bed sheets, and the absence of toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room. The service also leaves much to be desired - it took them 3 hours and four phone calls to bring us water. We were also disappointed when they declined to set up Russian channels on the TV due to a complicated international situation. We still don't understand how watching Russian television affects international relations. There are a few positive aspects - the grounds are green and well-maintained, the pools are good, the entertainment is excellent, the food is delicious, and the concept of having direct access to the pool from the rooms is interesting. However, in my opinion, these are the only positives. There was another review comparing hotels Rios Premium Belek, Ma Royal Belek, and IC Residents, concluding that all three hotels deserve attention and make you want to come back. I want to say that these hotels are of completely different levels. IC Residents falls far short of the aforementioned hotels in terms of service, grounds, quality and variety of food options, and room quality - I can confidently say this as a guest who has stayed at these hotels. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, I am unlikely to return here. I hope my review proves useful to someone.

About check-in: we arrived at the hotel with a large group around 11 and everyone was checked in within 15-20 minutes. The rooms were a bit tired, but livable. The view was of the sea and the Lara hotels. The hotel grounds were large and green. There were no heated pools except for the landing area in the water park. The food was disappointing, with a limited selection, even for winter concept. There was a wide variety of alcohol available, including J&B, Jim Beam, Ballantines, and Grants whiskies. The beach bar and lobby snacks were open until 5 pm. The coffee shop was open for the first two days, but then it suddenly closed for renovation, even though the hotel was closed from November to January. A few days after our arrival, a large conference took place and, as far as I understand, refugees from an earthquake were also accommodated. After that, the main restaurant became chaotic, and finding a place for lunch or dinner was only possible at the beginning or end. We have never seen anything like this in Turkey before. Overall, it was a typical Turkish 5-star hotel with a winter concept. We wouldn't go again in winter as there are many similar hotels available.

The fourth hotel visited was the last one, chosen for its distance from the airport. The check-in process was quick and easy, as we had stayed in a hotel before. The room was decent but a little worn out, although everything was clean. The toiletries provided were of good quality and the mini-bar was well-stocked. In the beginning, the hotel was full, but gradually people started leaving, causing a decrease in the food variety. However, there was always enough meat and fish available. The pool area closed, but the coffee shop remained open. The selection of alcoholic beverages in the bar remained the same. The heating and the water park continued to operate until our departure. The entertainment activities were moved to the main building. The territory of the hotel was large and green, although in our previous visit there were swans and ducks which seemed to have disappeared this time. Instead, dogs appeared, which was not ideal, especially considering there were many children in the hotel. Two dogs were tagged with a red chip, which is considered a sign of danger in Turkey. Luckily, the weather was good, and we were able to swim until our departure. We enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it.

We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. We had breakfast and were immediately given a room. The weather was comfortable. In the morning, we went to the beach. It was empty. We could tan without creams and got a nice tan without getting burned. We swam in the sea with my granddaughter (back and forth). But we didn't swim or splash around. The water was invigorating. The water park was crowded with children and adults. The water was heated. There were a lot of people in the hotel, many of them elderly. As for the food, it was there. There were plenty of fruits and fish. I wouldn't say it was very delicious, but everyone has different tastes. It was harder to feed the child. The food was too greasy and seasoned with various spices. Thankfully, the child refused to eat French fries on the third day (thank God). I want to mention the work of the waiters. Well done! What is important for me is the entertainment. The animators are already very tired from the season. They are there, but not very enthusiastic. They were engaged with the kids in some activities, but mainly it was face painting. However, they baked cookies with the kids once during the week, and that was great. But that's about it. It's November, after all. I was very disturbed by the smell of sewage in the kids' club. It was everywhere. This is a big minus. For me, a minus is that it takes a brisk walk of 2 minutes to get to the nearest shops, and since there are very few of them, the prices are high. In October, I was in Side and compared the prices - they are exactly three times higher in Kundu. I understand that you can bargain, but only a little. The hotel itself is good, with a nice green area. I recommend it for a family vacation, especially with children. I would personally not want to come back here.

Translated text: We rested with our family at a hotel in October. We were very lucky with the weather. So, in order: We arrived in the morning, were greeted with welcome cocktails and sweets, and then sent to breakfast. The staff at the reception desk pleased with their hospitality. We were checked into a room at 2 pm, as we were waiting for a room with a sea view (it could have been earlier). The hotel grounds are large and well-kept, with many pools to suit any taste, and there is a pond with swans, but the building itself needs renovation. Everything is clean and nothing is falling apart, but it doesn't look quite modern anymore. We had a Quad Standard Room with 2 folding beds for the children. Everything worked fine, but the appearance of the bathroom is definitely from the past - about a year ago. The balcony is small with a plastic table and 1 (for some reason) chair. The view from it was fantastic. There were no particular problems with the food. Red fish, basturma, carpaccio, various grilled cheeses, poached eggs, a diet table, detox drinks, rolls, and soups (delicious, which is not usually associated with Turkey), but at the same time, a very boring dessert buffet. There is a separate restaurant for children in the main building with small tables, a buffet, and children's tableware. You can always find baby food, jarred puree, curds, yogurts, soups, steamed vegetables, puree, boiled fish, and chicken there. For lunch, you can eat at the a la carte and snack bar. There is also a coffee shop where you can enjoy a decent coffee and have dessert. As for drinks, everything is excellent, there are refrigerators with several types of beer and soft drinks on the premises (no need to go to the bar). The bars have a good selection of imported alcohol (including on the beach). There is a separate bar with a mixologist. IC's strong point is its children's concept. Excellent mini-clubs and teens' areas (a whole town) where children of any age will find it interesting, a children's and adult water park, a water area for little ones, 2 carousels, a small farm with chickens, and a playground on the beach. I chose this hotel based on the fact that we are traveling with children, and overall it was good, but personally, I was not satisfied with the aesthetic pleasure from the interior of the building itself, renovation is still needed. Would I recommend it to my tourists? Definitely yes, but only if it matches the advertised price at the time of booking because I cannot consider it a cheap hotel and there are alternatives.

Family (3 adults) stayed at IC HOTELS GREEN PALACE from January 14 to January 21, 222. The reservation was made through the TEZ TOUR operator. Evening flight on Belavia airline. Comfortable transfer. Transfer time is approximately 2-3 minutes. Arrived at the hotel around 11 o'clock in the evening. Check-in was quick, taking about 1-15 minutes. All our requests were taken into account during check-in, and the hotel also provided a pleasant compliment - fruits and wine. We stayed in room 221, but the elevator button "2" was actually on the fourth or fifth floor. The view from the balcony was very beautiful. The room was a Quad Standard (one double bed and two single beds that fold into the wall, max. 2+2 people, 26 sqm). There was enough space and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were old and the bathroom was a bit small. Updating the rooms would be beneficial. The room had a mini-bar (refilled daily with still and sparkling water, beer, cola, fanta, packaged juices), an electric kettle + tea and coffee set (replenished daily). Bathrobes, slippers, shower gels, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion were all provided and replenished. The air conditioning was centralized. Housekeeping was average, we had to clean the furniture from dust ourselves, and the bed linen was changed every other day. The balcony had plastic chairs and a table, but the balcony door was difficult to open. I want to thank the Guest Relation for their attentive attitude towards the tourists. On my birthday, they brought a cake and a bottle of wine to the room. It was very pleasant. The hotel grounds are large, well-kept, and clean. There is a lot of greenery. There are huge colorful carp and beautiful white swans swimming in the pond near the restaurant. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the hotel. There are slides for adults (operating according to a schedule). The animation program was good, but during the day, the animators didn't really engage the guests. I only attended aqua aerobics once because the pool was cold in the second half of October. In the evening, there were musical shows in the amphitheater, and live music in the pool bar after the show. Every evening in the hotel lobby, there was a piano playing. It was a very atmospheric and pleasant place to be. There is also a disco in the hotel, which we liked. There are many bars on the premises with good drinks, chips, and nuts. The ice cream is individually packaged and delicious, with a wide range of options. Breakfast was served in the main restaurant. There were plenty of seats and no queues (sometimes for omelets). The variety of dishes was sufficient to have a hearty breakfast, with several chef's special dishes (the presentation of trout with poached eggs was particularly pleasing). The orange juice was just okay. There were no other freshly squeezed juices for breakfast. Fruits included watermelons, melons, plums, apples, citrus fruits, pears, bananas, and various types of grapes. Dried fruits, nuts, and halva were also available. Lunch and dinner in the main restaurant were the most delicious for us. Although the snack bar and beach café also offered good meals. I especially enjoyed the Turkish flatbread in the last one. The food was delicious, varied, with enough meat and fish options (sea bream, sea bass, trout...) and vegetables. Turkish tea is our favorite hot drink in Turkey, and it tastes especially good when drunk from a special cup with a "taliya". Unfortunately, the tea was served in regular cups in the main restaurant, which didn't create the same atmosphere (my suggestion to the hotel is to fix this). The staff was attentive and polite, and the waiters served quickly. There was a great selection of alcohol, with good beer in glass bottles and tasty alcoholic cocktails (especially in the lobby bar). Delicious coffee can be enjoyed there or in the café-patisserie next to the aqua park. In the second half of October, the sea was still warm for swimming. The sandy beach was large and clean. The entrance to the sea was shallow. There was also a pier. There were plenty of sun loungers. Only one towel per card was provided, which was very little. However, you could change the towel for a dry one as many times as you wanted. There are shops on the hotel grounds with sweets, souvenirs, and necessary items. But if you want to go shopping, the hotel's location allows you to do so quickly and inexpensively. I won't write about taxis, they are available everywhere (it's a matter of price). If you want to save money, there is a bus stop near the hotel, with a fare of about 1 lira (payment by card only), and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the shops in Kundu. And if you want serious shopping, you can reach Terracity or AntalyaMall by bus in an hour. We had an evening flight, but there was no possibility to extend the room due to the hotel being fully booked. However, we didn't even feel that because we could continue using all the hotel facilities until departure. This was a huge plus for the hotel. We liked the hotel! I definitely recommend it! PS. Families with children, this is the place for you! There is a kids' club, a children's water park, and good food. But adult tourists who are bothered by children's noise and their presence everywhere, let them think and look for a quieter place.

Hello everyone! We stayed at the hotel from September 26, 2022 to January 8, 2022 as a group of 5 adults and 2 children. Two adults stayed in the main building, while three adults and two children stayed in a villa. Now let's go in order: 1. Accommodation: we stayed in a villa with direct access to the pool. It was like a mini-apartment with two bedrooms and a shared living room. We really enjoyed having access to the pool - it was nice to relax on the sun loungers in the evening and the kids sometimes went back to the room to swim in "their" pool during the day. The only downside was that the safe and minibar were only available in one room. If you're traveling with two families, you'll have to visit each other for those amenities. Also, the second bedroom was smaller in size and had a smaller bathroom. 2. Food: it was amazing, there's not much else to add. We had red fish, avocados, desserts, a kids' restaurant, cocktails, imported alcohol, great cocktails, ice cream in scoops, and packaged in the refrigerator. The only strange situation was the queue for pide at the snack bar (I've never seen anything like it). There's a coffee shop with decent coffee that stays open late. 3. Beach: it was excellent, there was always enough space, the sea entry was convenient, and there was a pier. 4. Grounds: there was plenty of space to walk around. We could explore the Residence area and there were many pools (including a relaxation pool for adults 16+). 5. Entertainment: there was a wide variety of sports activities, including water workouts that went beyond the usual water aerobics - they had aquabikes, trampolines, and boards. There was also pilates, kangoo jumping, hula hoop workouts, and belly dancing. We didn't really watch the evening shows, to be honest. However, everything was great for the kids - there was an entire day of animation programs, and the kids' club was open until either 11 PM or midnight. There were also attractions for very young children. The water park was fantastic, with adult slides and a kids' water play area. 6. Nightlife: there wasn't much nightlife at the hotel. It is focused on families with children, and everything is geared towards the kids. We tried going out at 1 AM for live music, but it was impossible to dance as kids were occupying the dance floor. The nightclub (disco until 2 AM) had a maximum of 9 people at one point. 7. Excursions: we didn't take any organized excursions, but we went banana boating, parasailing, and on a yacht to Dudens Waterfall (booked on the beach). We also went shopping at the Grand Bazaar. We didn't go to the city center as it was quite far, even by taxi.

We were on vacation with my mother-in-law and daughter. We traveled during the off-season, so we chose a hotel with heated pools. The rooms were clean, and cosmetic repairs are done every year. I checked all room categories on different floors, and everywhere it was clean. Yes, it is a new and modern renovation, but everything is very decent. We stayed in a water villa in the residence on the second floor (lake Villa). The rooms there are the same in terms of furnishings as in the main building, with the same renovation and furniture. I never have any issues with housekeeping - I always ask the maid to clean the floor for us, and they have never refused. Of course, I leave tips. A translator is here to help you, along with a smile! If you are honest with yourself, then you are not doing your job only at 1%! Motivation helps everyone! Regarding the food, we love to eat deliciously and well, and we know how to do it. Whether it was in the residence's restaurant or the main Green restaurant, everything was tasty. Of course, Green restaurant was crowded, but we always found a place and had a great time. We liked the Mexican a la carte. It was very delicious, but we ordered so much that we thought we would burst. We went from the hotel to the city for shopping and walks. The bus stop is opposite the hotel, not very convenient, but close by. As for the downsides, I can say that the road to the beach goes past the water park, so it was very difficult to take the child away from there. The coffee in the cafe was delicious, and with full support from the staff, we always found a spot. In the cold evenings, we hung out in the lobby - the kids played, and the adults tested the original Aperol and desserts. The beach bar in the residence was beyond praise. We had lunch there 90% of the time. They prepared everything perfectly for us. There were guests who complained that something was wrong with the food... I personally heard that. I don't know, I can't comment. Everyone has different tastes. A couple of times, we ordered ravioli, and we didn't like them... well, I just prefer a thinner dough. But overall, everything was very good! Special greetings to the chef at the Residence restaurant - Sherin! He did everything to make us happy. The main conclusion is that if you sit with sour faces and expect everyone around you to smile - keep waiting! What we radiate is what we receive!! It doesn't make sense to compare hotels you've been to. The only comparison that makes sense is when making a purchase within your budget. Then this comparison is relevant! One of my favorite hotels! And I will definitely come back here in October!

Hello, everyone. I rarely write hotel reviews, but this time I couldn't resist. I should note that I have something to compare it to, as I have been to many countries before and this is not my first time in Turkey. Let's start with the positives - the hotel is advertised as a kid's concept, and it's true. They have everything for your children. The kids' club is excellent, entertaining the children from morning until evening. They have competitions, crafts, master classes, and a huge separate area where children even have their own amphitheater, meaning there is a separate evening show for children in a different place. It starts with a mini disco, followed by a 3-4 minute show with various artists, bubble shows, circus performances, and more. So, if your child likes this kind of entertainment, they definitely won't be bored. There is a Sony PlayStation available for boys to use freely. From 5 pm to 7 pm every day, there is aqua makeup, where they draw beautifully and everything you desire. There are also various arcade games where you can buy tokens, and children enjoy playing them or renting a toy car and driving around the area. There is a water zone for children with different sprinklers, slides, and water guns. The adult animation takes place in a different area, and they also have good shows every day, followed by what seems to be a disco, but the children couldn't handle it, so we went to sleep, and therefore, I couldn't find out what happens after the evening show. However, there is definitely live music on the street near the bar. Another positive aspect is the excellent beach. It is large, clean, and beautiful, and there are always enough sunbeds, even when the hotel is fully occupied. The hotel itself is large with a spacious, clean, and green territory. The only downside is that it is quite far from the beach to the rooms. So, if you forget something, be prepared to walk for about 3 minutes at a calm pace from the beach to your room and back. There are many pools, so everyone has enough space. The hotel is not new, and in my opinion, it's time for renovations as it looks quite tired. There are not enough elevators, so be prepared for eternal congestion and queues during peak hours. Your room may be quite far from the elevator. We stayed in room 315, and it offered a breathtaking view of green trees, giving the feeling as if you were not in Turkey, but at least in Thailand or Africa. The sunrise view from the balcony was beautiful. Now onto the negatives. The main downside is that the main restaurant is EXTREMELY DIRTY!!! I mean, REALLY DIRTY!!! Be very careful when taking plates, as they often have remnants of previous meals on them. Even in the children's area, it is dirty and unpleasant, with children's dishes also being dirty with food remains from previous guests. The dishes are washed very poorly. Additionally, in the children's area, besides yogurt, there is nothing else to take. In general, almost all the food in the restaurant looks unappetizing, as if it is just thrown together. The staff is mostly unhappy and tired-looking. I can't say that the food was completely tasteless, but I cannot call it exceptional either. The arrangement in the restaurant is inconvenient. If you come a bit later for dinner, you will have to walk around and search for an available table or stand near people who are eating, waiting for them to finish. There aren't many seafood options. They only have grilled dorado almost every day. Shrimps were only available once in two weeks. The vegetables are cut unattractively and are also just placed in a tub, which kills the appetite. This applies to almost everything. Plus, the dishes can quickly run out, and if you come later, you might not get something you wanted as there can be a long queue. Yes, there is red fish offered for breakfast quite often, and they even make toasts with red fish and egg pâté, but if you don't want a toast and just want a piece of fish, they give it to you reluctantly. The porridge is terrible, yes, Turkey is not known for its porridge. But in other hotels, it looked more like porridge. The fruits are often unripe, but the strawberries are sweet and delicious. The watermelon is tasty only occasionally. There were no mussels at all. There was never a Turkish cuisine day or, for example, a seafood day, as found in other hotels. The food is very mediocre, and everything would be fine if the hotel was cheaper and did not position itself as a high-level 5-star hotel. The chicken nuggets, which many children love, are incomprehensible here. They are not nuggets, but rather something coarsely chopped, very tasteless, and of an unknown shape. Food is a very important factor when choosing a hotel, and I won't even mention the cleanliness in the restaurant. It's very unpleasant to eat when you have to sort through the plates first to find a clean one. I also talked to other vacationers, and almost everyone complained about the food, as well as the crowded restaurant. The à la carte restaurants are not included, and we tried the seafood one. I cannot say that it was impressive either. The main feature was the beautiful view of the pier and the sea. There is a nice bar in the lobby, and it's pleasant to sit there with a beautiful view from the panoramic windows. That's probably it for the main points. If you are picky about food and cleanliness in the restaurant, I do not recommend this hotel. I really hope that renovations will be carried out and they will reconsider their attitude towards cleanliness in the restaurant, as it is one of the main factors for many when choosing a hotel.

IC is the only hotel out of the 3 hotels we stayed at during our three weeks in Turkey that left us with mixed impressions. I will try to describe it, as it may not be negatives for everyone. Accommodation: We were greeted by a very colorful man right at the entrance of the hotel, who led us to the front desk and took our suitcases. The reception area itself was spacious, bright, and stylish. We arrived closer to 14:00 and were able to check in immediately. We were welcomed with drinks and a welcome chocolate. Room: We knew, of course, that the rooms and buildings were not brand new, but we were still not prepared. After our first hotel (Papillon), the contrast was striking. Nothing was falling apart or worn out, but there was a sense of overall tiredness, especially in the bathroom. If the room is important to you, think twice, as they are quite average. Especially when you walk down the hallway, you can see the worn-out walls and carpet, and there is a musty smell everywhere. We stayed on the second floor (Building B), two floors above ground level. The elevator is very slow, so if you don't have a stroller, it's easier to take the stairs. However, the room had everything it should have, a good minibar (soft drinks, beer, chips, chocolates, replenished daily). It had a standard double bed, and they brought

We stayed at this hotel for 1 day. At the very beginning of our stay, an unpleasant incident occurred - our money was stolen from the room. We had left a wallet with small bills in our shorts in the room, went to the beach, and upon returning, we noticed that $5 was missing. It seems that it happened after the room was cleaned. The amount of money was not large, but it was very unpleasant. I contacted guest relations, and the girl started saying, "Check again, you probably made a mistake, we have an excellent staff..." But no, we didn't make a mistake. The next day, I approached to inquire about my issue. On that day, Victoria and Oksana, the managers, were working. They said that a staff check had been carried out and nothing was found. As an apology from the hotel, they offered complimentary meals at the a la carte restaurants. I chose the Italian restaurant. This situation was out of the ordinary for me. I have never encountered anything like this before, so I rate the hotel with one star. Everything was very unpleasant. Therefore, if you go there, hide your money. The staff in the rooms steal. They may not take anything significant, but they seem to steal small amounts. Not everyone will call the police for $5. And when you approach the staff about it, they will say that you simply lost it somewhere and didn't notice. I'm glad I always hid my jewelry in the safe. I really liked the waiter Nihat, he was always friendly and brought everything we needed. He remembered what we drank during dinner. It was very pleasant. The other waiters we encountered were really unresponsive. We had to call them for a long time to ask for something, they never paid attention on their own. The housekeeping was poor in the room. They didn't replenish cotton pads, although for the hotel's price, they could have replaced them. We even had to ask for new toilet paper. They could leave dirty cups without washing them. And in general, there were stains on the doors in the room. The shops, photo services, and excursions ads were annoying. For the price we paid, we would have liked it if no one approached us when we were relaxing on the hotel grounds. They bothered us at least once a day. The positives were the nice beach. We visited the beaches of neighboring hotels, but we didn't like them as they were very crowded. The grounds were well maintained. The food was delicious with lots of choices. Only the breakfasts were repetitive, but the lunches and dinners were different every day. The incident with the money really spoiled the overall experience.

Good day to all readers! This hotel was considered for a trip 3 years ago. But at that time, Royal Seginus was chosen instead. They were practically in the same price range at the time. I don't know the cost of Royal Seginus at the time of booking IC. Comparing these hotels at the moment based on many parameters doesn't make sense for two reasons: the past pandemic and very high inflation in Turkey. After these reasons, many hotels have revised their concepts. However, I will draw some parallels between these hotels. So, I will now turn to IC Green Hotel Palace. I only bought accommodation for 2 adults and children aged 4 and 8. The flight was with Aeroflot. The room was chosen as the minimum for this number of people: one large bed and two small beds that folded out from the closets. On the day of arrival, we were quickly registered, given forms to fill out, and immediately taken to the room. If we evaluate the room, it is very compact, especially the bathroom: the toilet, bathtub, and sink are all located together. There are no separate doors. The room size cannot be compared to Royal Seginus, which had a separate dressing room and a large bathroom. The IC room also had a small closet for outerwear, a safe, a refrigerator, and a small TV with one Russian channel, TNT. We had a view of the IC Residence, and it was stunning, especially against the backdrop of sunsets. There were no welcome fruits or wine bottles in the room. However, according to reviews on YouTube, bloggers sometimes receive them. Some of the towels we were given had stains on them. Wi-Fi was accessible throughout the entire area. Watching a video on YouTube in the room was not a problem. The room also appeared to be exhausted. There was cracked plaster somewhere in the toilet. Room cleaning was unclear. They could come to clean at 1:00, or they could not clean until 1:00 pm. They also did not wash or

We were on vacation with two children: 6 and 1 year old. Check-in was on June 25, 2022, and check-out was on July 8, 2022. We have been on family vacations in Turkey before, so we have something to compare it to. I must say that since we went on vacation with our family, we didn't try to find dirt in the corners or broken cupboard doors. Check-in: We arrived on June 25, 2022, and at around 11 am we were at the hotel. We were greeted nicely, and my spouse and I were brought a glass of champagne, and the children were given some cocktails - small gestures, but pleasant. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms upon arrival, so we were asked to wait. We spent the waiting time productively: we went to the beach, had lunch, and took a walk around the area. By 1:40 pm, we returned to inquire about the room, but unfortunately, it was still not ready. However, the receptionist, Julia (for whom we are very grateful), asked us to wait a little longer, and we would be given an excellent room. Ultimately, we were checked in after 2 pm. About the room: We were given room 384 - the location was really great, with a sea view towards Kemer (all the mountains were visible). The room was located below part of the main restaurant. There were no food smells, and the noise from the main evening activities was masked by another building, so it was practically inaudible in the room. After 11 pm, when all the events finished, we could just sit on the balcony and enjoy the nighttime views. The room had a double bed and two sofa beds hidden in the wall. The fridge was stocked with Pepsi, Fanta, carbonated and non-carbonated water, juices, and beer. It was replenished daily. The room also had a kettle, tea bags, and sweets for tea. Daily cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel changes, were provided. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not always good, as they sometimes forgot to vacuum or replace the bedding. Tips did not affect the quality of the cleaning, but once they put fresh flowers in our room, which was nice. There is a free safe in the room, and otherwise, it was similar to other hotels. About the sea and beach: The beach area was very wide, with plenty of sun loungers, so you could always find free ones at any time of the day. The beach was sandy and pebbly, with no large stones, and the water was sandy too. There was a pier for diving, with a bar serving local drinks. Near the beach, there was a beach bar offering local drinks and delicious packaged ice cream, similar to our Magnum ice cream. You could take as much as you wanted whenever you wanted. About alcohol: There was a wide selection of drinks, including bottled beer in the refrigerators on the premises and draft beer in the bars. Whiskey options included Chivas, Jack Daniels, Red Label, Jameson, and four types of rum. They also had Martini Bianco, Rosso, and so on. The choice was extensive. About the food: Everyone could find something they liked here: a wide selection of fruits and vegetables, as well as various types of meat such as lamb, veal, turkey, and chicken. For my wife and me, who love fish, there was also a great variety, including sea bass, dorado, mackerel, trout, salmon, and sushi every evening. They also served calamari, mussels, and once we had langoustines. There was a special children's menu, blender, microwave, and dry mixes. They offered rice, oatmeal, and buckwheat porridge. One evening, they even spoiled us with blue cheese (lovers will understand). About the resort area: It was very green and spacious. The children's aqua park was fantastic for kids up to 7 years old, and the adult aqua park was also fun, so there was no chance of getting bored. There were several pools: the main pool for those who enjoy noise and various activities, and another pool for those seeking tranquility, a bit off to the side. Kids' club: Our children, aged 6 and 1, really enjoyed it and even asked to go there themselves. The kids made crafts, participated in contests and quests. The evening children's entertainment was also very engaging, with the animators actively engaging and attracting the children. A big thank you to the children's animation team, including the energetic Tuba! After the mini disco, there was an evening children's program including magic tricks, bubble shows, experiments, dances, and more. Even adults would find it interesting. As a summary of everything said above, if you guys are still considering whether to come here or not, the answer is definitely YES. I would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, and we will gladly come back to you again!

Overall, we enjoyed our vacation! However, I expected something more from the hotel for some reason 😅 Upon check-in, we were disappointed with our room. We had a standard room for two adults + a 5-year-old child + a 1-month-old baby. The room had a double bed and a folding bed. The folding bed was almost wooden and very stiff. It had sharp edges that the bed rested on! My daughter kept scratching herself and even hit herself once because of these sharp edges. The edge juts out right in front of the mattress. Maybe it's not too uncomfortable for small children, but older ones will definitely feel it. Additionally, a crib was placed in the room for the baby, and we brought a stroller...but there was no space left! 😂 In other words, there was literally just a narrow passage from the shower to the balcony, about 4 cm wide, and the balcony itself was tiny. There was only enough space for a chair and a stool-table. It was even half the size of a standard balcony. We asked to change rooms, but we were told that they were all the same. I checked another room and it was indeed the same. However, they gave us another room adjacent to ours (for parents). It was much bigger! Apparently, we were lucky. There was a door between the rooms. In the end, we switched rooms because it was just impossible to stay in the first one, and there was nowhere for the baby to crawl. In the end, everyone with children left the stroller in the hallway because it was really cramped otherwise. In short, the standard room is okay for two people! It's small for 3 or more people 😢 We didn't have much luck with the weather; it rained for the first three days 🌧 and it rained the whole day! Keep that in mind if you go in February! The indoor pool is small but mostly empty. The water is quite cool. To get to the sauna, you have to pass through the lobby 😬 which is not very well thought out. However, there are no problems with towels, you can easily take and change them whenever you want 🙌🏻 The children's water park is under renovation. They don't even turn it on in good weather. Apparently, it's still the offseason. There are no swans, decorative rivers, or other beauty either; there are just empty pools and cats. In the adult water park, they turned on three slides in good weather. The kids were able to enjoy them for 1.5 days 😃 The beach area is under reconstruction! They left one access to the sea, but everything else is covered, and there is sandblasting and repairs going on. However, there are lounge chairs, so you can still go to the beach, relax, and breathe. The territory is large and green. But during the offseason, it's just walking back and forth on it, which is what we did with the stroller 😃 Food: everything is delicious and varied! There was fish ㈟ every day! The pasta was very tasty! There isn't a wide selection, but everything you need is there! However, there was no ice cream, which our kids really wanted 😂! The service and overall attitude of the staff were very attentive! The lobby bar is also nice! The entertainment was average, nothing special, like everywhere else, except for the female entertainer from the Trendy Lara hotel. She seemed exhausted from the kids, it was obvious. She forced the children to play in the club 😂 The mini-club was cute but worn out and shabby. The whole hotel seemed tired and old. The rooms, especially the main restroom by the restaurant, were all somewhat dated. Everything seems to work, but it could use some cosmetic repairs. I also want to mention the elevators separately! We sometimes waited for the elevator for 7-10 minutes! There are only 4 floors, and the staircase is only between the lower floor and the lobby. In the end, two elevators are extremely insufficient even during winter! I can't even imagine how it would be during the high season ((( Perhaps it's livelier here during the high season! Currently, they are renovating rooms in separate buildings: we saw cosmetic repairs happening in the rooms that have direct access to the pool.

We stayed in July 222 with children aged 3 and 7 in a quad std room (they came up with a great idea of two full additional beds that drop down from the wall). We really liked the hotel! The grounds were very green, with a huge long pool (you could find a peaceful spot, practically without people), a great water park for both adults and children, a playground by the sea, and an excellent entrance to the sea (although the sand was mixed with seashells). There was a pier from which you could jump nicely. The children's animation was excellent (something new every day), we even happened to be there on the day of the bubble celebration (both children and adults were delighted). The evening programs were also very interesting (musicals, acrobatics, gymnastics, dances, even a motorcycle show!). As for the food, everything was tasty enough, especially the portioned interesting salads for lunch and dinner! There was a variety of packaged ice cream throughout the hotel! Incredibly delicious cocktails at the Mixology bar! There is no infrastructure near the hotel, only if you take a taxi for about 1 minute (and there you will find all the shops and pharmacies you need). In general, we really liked the hotel. We want to visit another hotel of the same chain, but in Belek.

We chose this hotel on the advice of tourist Valentina, for which we are very grateful! Before this, in June, we stayed at Svandor Top Kapy Hotel, nearby. We liked both hotels, they are both excellent, but we are all different people, and everyone can have their own pros and cons everywhere! IC Green Hotel: Pros: Red fish for breakfast and chef's dishes were amazing! Plenty of drinks (I counted 17 types of whiskey in the lobby), availability of bottled beer, super food for babies, heated children's water park, coffee shop open from 1 to 22, green area, peaceful atmosphere, non-intrusive animation, welcome bottle of wine in the room, mixology cocktail bar in the evenings, bar on the pier, and cleanliness everywhere! Cons: Small rooms, old televisions, only one table tennis table in an inconvenient location, mushrooms on the beach instead of solid tents, and most importantly, a chicken farm. We stayed in a wing nearby, and every morning from 3 to 7 am the roosters were crowing. Romantic for the first few days, but then you start to want to make noodle soup out of them! I won't go into detail about Svandor, the animation is livelier, fewer drinks, but everything is enough. The palace itself and the architecture are i

The flight was rescheduled. We lost a day at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, they asked us why we didn't arrive yesterday. We replied that our flight was rescheduled for a day there and back. We asked if it was possible to move the reservation a day forward since we experienced a delay and did not receive the service. They categorically replied no. They asked us to pay 3 euros per day. They refused to budge. It was unpleasant. They could have been more accommodating, as we simply requested to move our stay since we had already paid for 12 days and didn't ask for anything more.

Translated text in English: We were on vacation with our family and our 6-year-old child. We met two other families with children of the same age. The vacation was simply unforgettable! The hotel was very green and beautiful. The service was great and the room cleaning was good, although they didn't always provide shampoos, gels, and lotions. There was a kids' zone, rides for the little ones, water slides, a kids' club, and entertainment. The kids participated in competitions at the kids' club and received medals for winning. They also had trips to the zoo and dolphin shows, which older kids could attend without their parents. Throughout the day, there were many activities, and each day was different. For adults, there was entertainment, live music, disco (both outdoors and in the main building), aqua aerobics, darts, petanque, and various games and events. The food was diverse and delicious. They served red fish every day, as well as seafood, shrimp, different types of fish, meat, cutlets, chicken, vegetables, pasta, and anything you could imagine. The desserts were also very tasty. The drinks were original, with Baileys, Martini, Aperol, Martel, Chivas, and various cocktails. On the beach, they didn't serve original Martini and Baileys, but the drinks were still good! The beach had sandy and gravelly parts. I prefer pure sand without stones, but the water was clean despite the stones, so it didn't bother us much. The entrance to the water was good, and there were plenty of sun loungers. We could find a spot for our family even at 1 am or later. Towels were given based on cards, but the staff was understanding, so we could also get towels without the cards. Overall, we were thrilled with the hotel, and no one wanted to leave. Our child even cried because he liked it so much! I highly recommend this hotel. Our friends also liked it. I usually don't like going back to hotels in Turkey because there are many others to explore, but I would definitely return to this one. It is worth the money.

Liked the hotel. The territory is quite large, lots of greenery, everything is well-kept and there is a place to walk around. Despite being off-season, the restaurant always had a wide selection of food (yes, it changes depending on the hotel's occupancy, which was noticeable even within a week, but still the choice was good), there are always different types of meat, fish (salmon, sole, hake), and poached eggs for breakfast. The idea of signature dishes with restaurant presentation is excellent - I liked all of them, sometimes there were very unusual combinations. There were practically no queues in the restaurant. The drink selection is very extensive, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. We tried almost all the cocktails, they seemed very similar - just juice mixed with different alcohol. The indoor pool is clean, the temperature is between 28-30 degrees Celsius. The spa can only be used by appointment for half an hour per day, but it was not a problem for us, we always scheduled it for the time we needed. The staff is very responsive and polite. Housekeeping was done every day, no major complaints about it. The internet is excellent, sufficient for work, it had good reception in the room and lobby, did not disconnect or slow down. It takes about 2-3 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel.

Could you tell me how the a-la-carte system works there? Do they offer free access for at least two visits or not? I am particularly interested in the seafood and steakhouse options.
