We were there in June 2022. The hotel was very nice. We had crabs and shrimp😂 drinks in glass at the bar. The service is top-notch. We would like to go back there. The beach is nice and clean. Pools of various depths. In general, I recommend it.
Good evening! We stayed at this hotel in early June 2023, the rooms are a bit old, the territory is compact, everything is close and well located, the water park is wonderful, good alcohol, tasty food, there were no shrimp, crabs, mussels - there was red fish, very tasty strawberries, watermelons, melons. In the café, there is delicious coffee and pastries. We did not participate in the activities, so I can't say anything about them. Many families with children. The main restaurant has an adults-only area (+18), where you can eat without children's noises. There is also an adults-only pool (+18). We did not attend the evening shows. The soundproofing is normal, we did not hear neighbors.
My mother, sister, and I stayed at this hotel in 2017 and decided to return this year. However, upon arrival, we realized that it was not the best decision. We were greeted by a very unpleasant lady (a Turkish woman, unfortunately, I did not remember her name) who was not very welcoming. She said that our room was being cleaned and would be ready by 2:00 PM. Since we arrived at 12:30 PM, we went to have lunch. At 1:30 PM, we approached her again to inquire about the readiness of our room. She again replied that the room was being cleaned. Well, we waited until 2:10 PM, received our key cards, and went to settle into our cleaned room. It was so "cleaned" that there were small clumps of hair on the floor, and neither the bedside table nor the desk was wiped down. And the fridge was leaking so much that a puddle had already formed on the floor. Our vacation started with quarrels. This lady at the reception pretended not to understand what I was saying. After 3 or 4 phone calls, we finally found a Russian-speaking staff member. A wonderful girl named Aiten. She was the only bright spot in this hotel! She explained what we were dissatisfied with. They repeated the cleaning, but in the end, I ended up cleaning our room myself. They changed the fridge (from bad to worse). Well, okay, we accepted it. Nothing has changed in the hotel in 5 years, even though they advertise "FULL renovation" everywhere. In reality, it turned out to be only partial and only affected the pools and the courtyard. The furniture is old, as well as the towels/bed linen/bathrobes and plumbing. It is unpleasant to use all of these. The food is monotonous and meager. The meat is scarce. In the last few days, we only had rice and pasta for meals. The desserts were mediocre. There is no longer the variety that was offered before. The only positive thing was that this time there was a wide selection of fruits. The food at the bars is also mediocre. The burgers/kebabs are inedible. They are spicy and undercooked. The gözleme was delicious! And the ice cream, which is in packaging (not in scoops), was amazing! Overall, this hotel is no longer worth its price (18,000 for 2 people).
So, in fact .. and let's not forget that everyone has different tastes. The price is 27 for two for 11 nights. Check-in was long. There was a note that we were newlyweds. Bonuses - towel swans, a bottle of wine, fruit. One free visit to the à la carte restaurant (we went to the Italian one - delicious!) 5% discount on a beach tent. Cons. For us. Complete lack of evening entertainment. On both sides of the hotels, there were daily discos and so on. Weak animation during the day. The hotel is a family one. Suitable for family vacations with children. No complaints about the food. Fruits for every taste, fish, chicken, meat, many snack bars, there is even a separate coffee shop with lots of beautiful desserts. Waiters are always running around, always approach multiple times. There are many pools (including 16+), a clean beach, umbrellas are all occupied after 1 pm, both at the pool and on the beach. The rooms are for 4 people. The cleaning is very weak, mirrors/walls are not wiped (stains, dirt). The territory is small. The receptionists are quite friendly. For those who care - no reaction towards Russians, everything is fine. Excursions - Istanbul 195 euros per person. 4 out of 1. Spent an hour at the candy store. The guide was constantly late, disappearing somewhere. Better to go by ourselves. Excursion "Tazy Canyon". If Elvin takes you there, I recommend 1%. In conclusion - a decent family hotel. Those who seek entertainment will be bored there.
I really liked the hotel overall. Seafood was served almost every day. There was a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. There was always a large assortment of fruits. Ice cream was available all day at the beach. The alcohol was of good quality and imported. The weak point was the children's entertainment, but this is probably because it was the end of the season. The children's animator was a Turkish girl, which is unusual as animators are usually young. Occasionally, a Turkish guy led the children's entertainment. There were no Russian-speaking animators, neither for adults nor for children. Only on the day of our departure did a nice Russian girl appear as a children's animator. I was able to talk to her, and she had worked at this hotel last year. There was food available for children, even in jars, as well as fruit-flavored drinking yogurts that were eaten with a spoon. Ekaterina, a lovely girl who speaks Russian, resolves any problems and can be found at guest relations. She kindly extended our complimentary room until 2 PM. I recommend this hotel.

The beach is nice, plenty of space for everyone. Probably around 4 meters deep. There are many cats running around, there's a cat house.

Ice cream is available on the beach in a cone, and with scoops at the café near the pool. There are purees, macaroni, and spaghetti available. Older children have the option to make their own burger, which my child enjoyed. There are porridges and soups as well, but I haven't tried them as they are not to my taste, I believe they are made according to a Turkish recipe. There is the largest children's room I have ever seen, I will take a photo later. I am attaching the schedule. Judging by it, children can be fed in the children's room. There are even baby cots there. There are plenty of fruits, strawberries. In the restaurant, there is a lot of different food available. There is also a snack bar, with a smaller selection but they also have macaroni, vegetables, and fruits. I recommend checking the schedule, as stars come here, and we happened to catch 2 concerts. I cannot comment on the alcohol, as I do not drink.
Puree I do not remember. There were always two kinds of soup, not bad, but I don’t know if your child eats that - for example, there was tomato soup puree, slightly tangy. There were macaroni, spaghetti. The alcohol was imported, of good quality, no headache afterwards, the beer was Tuborg, Miller. There was ice cream both in packages and in cups.
